Nous avons été très bien servi par Sophia en début de soirée Malheureusement tout c’est dégradé à 23h quand 2 amis venus exprès de Cannes pour nous voir et que le responsable nous répond le bar est fermé …. Impossible d’obtenir même une bouteille d’eau … et de plus très désagréable… Vraiment très très déçue de cet accueil…

Great location. Hôtel is clean and immaculately presented in every way. Our room had everything you need. Air conditioning was efficient and the room very comfortable. The reception staff were maybe the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet. The breakfast staff maybe not so much. We had a bit of trouble on three out of our four day stay, and were made to feel like criminals because our rate was not inclusive of breakfast. Sign before you eat! And, crazily, we were told on the second day we couldn’t have a pot of Americano coffee because the hotel only had 4 pots and they were all in use! The breakfast thing is the only reason I award 4 not 5. Maybe I was just unlucky.

The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are quite large and reasonably appointed. Our room wasn't properly serviced for 3 days. Water, tea and coffee were not replenished. The front of house staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The dinner food was very poor for a hotel of this calibre and would not recommend eating there unless it were an emergency. The hot breakfast buffet was also very poor - the scrambled eggs were consistently inedible and tasted like, and had the texture of, some kind of reconstituted egg product. The location is good and reasonably quiet considering the hotel is on a main road.

I celebrated my birthday with Hôtel Juana. I got the most friendliest and most helpful help, I will never forget this. I had to do so many changes and I just got the friendliest help, every time! I recommend reserving with the hotel directly and not via Booking or alike

The hotel was very quaint. Great service. Loved ambiance. You can use their sister hotel for beach which was amazing! Great town. Loved our stay.
Can use some renovations.

The hotel is in a very nice location. In the park opposite there are beautiful, special squirrels. The sea is right next door. Everything was very clean. However, we were not completely convinced that the price and service were really perfect.

Do you want to spend a dream weekend? Go to Hotel Juana. We were able to stay one night at the establishment and came back delighted. Accessible in 5 hours by train from Gare de Lyon in Paris, the break is complete and very pleasant. The establishment offers you quality services: accommodation in a room with sea view, common areas, some of which refer to historical events and others are very trendy, a quality restaurant, a heated swimming pool and access to the sea in 5 minutes on foot. One word to sum up our stay? Magic ! It's difficult to get back into the Parisian rhythm after this dream trip! Work must be carried out this winter. We can't wait to admire the transformations.
