Très bon accueil, tout le monde était souriant.
L'hôtel est un bel endroit très bien entretenu, propre, que ce soit les parties communes ou la chambre, literie excellente.
mot de bienvenu personnalisé dans la chambre.
Le top, le petit déjeuner. Avec du choix et qualitatif.

Das Hotel le Sud liegt nur 2-3 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof Juan les Pins entfernt. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, genügend unterschiedliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Mein Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte ein gutes Bett. Das Bad hatte eine gute Größe und eine sehr schöne Dusche. Im Hotel wird auf Kleinigkeiten Wert gelegt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag dasselbe, die Qualität der Produkte hochwertig. Kein Billigschinken und Käse. Der Obstsalat war selbstgemacht, das Brot phantastisch. Auch der Kaffee ist besonders. Meine Fragen an der Rezeption (Restaurants, Mietwagen, ÖNV ….). wurden freundlich und schnell beantwortet. Das Schwimmbad und der Garten sind entzückend. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen und kann das Hotel le Sud wärmstens empfehlen.

L’hôtel est beau, la déco est comme dans les photos. Ainsi le service et les chambres restent assez basiques. Pas bcp de place de rangement et la salle de bain malgré le beau design et légèrement inconfortable. De plus, le bruit est considérable, on entends ses voisins et les passages dans le couloir comme si il n’y avait pas de mur. Literie ok, ça pourrait être plus confortable. Bonne expérience mais on ne reviendrai pas particulièrement.

Lovely little boutique Hotel in the center of JLP, around the corner of the train station, short walk to the beautiful beaches. Purposefully furnished rooms (not very big, but absolutely OK to stay few nights), very comfortable beds and functional bathroom with super water pressure in the shower. Nice and calm backyard with a small swimming pool and relaxation facilities, perfect option to cool down on warm summer days. The Foodtruck in the garden offers very tasty stuff during summer season, definetly a must try! A little fridge to cool the provided bottle of water would be a big add on to the room, exept of that, nothing is missing. The staff is always friendly and Khalil, the manager is a gem! Been here a few times already and definetly will come back!

Really lovely design and decor but agree with other reviews re lack of presence of reception staff and responsiveness. Khalil the manager really tried hard and left the kids a lovely gift on arrival. Nice touch. But the water wasn’t refilled in room any day, we were told to ask the cleaner ourselves each day to make sure she cleaned our room in the mornings as no clean happened day one and when we asked at 2pm ish we were told they’d left. We had left the sign up for a clean. Breakfast offered as an apology for the AC not working yet when we arrived as it had been cold to then. Again nice touch but a hassle when travelling with kids and room temp was 24 degrees. Asked three times for a door stop to access between the two rooms we’d booked. It never came. Finally staff assured us taxi booked for a 5am departure. Night staff called to check. No taxi. Pros are it’s a great location and very clean with good quality towels. Really great coffee.
