We were a friend group of four, and the hotel was perfect for us! It was a 5 min walk to the beach, and close to a lot cafés and stores. The hotel owner was polite and very helpful. Would recommend if you want to stay cheap and sentral!

The location is very good. Beach, train station, restaurants, shops, everything is close, so it can be easily reached on foot. Service is friendly and good. Unfortunately, the photo of the hotel is confusing and promises more than it is. I almost didn't find the hotel. Unfortunately, I had a room on the 4th floor, without a lift! And because of the proximity to the train station, you have to keep the window closed to sleep. But there is air conditioning, so it didn't get too warm. Overall impression: good and good value for money.

A down to earth small hotel which has all that is needed. Not luxurious, but hot water, clean sheets and above all fantastic service from the lady managing the hotel. A big plus from the nice little breakfast on a terrace. Very price worthy - at approx 100EUR per night during MIPIM thought this was a great deal. Close by to train station and by bike 30 minutes along the shore to Central Cannes. Great for a morning run along the beach too. Recommended!

We settled for 3 nights and went to another hotel for the 3 nights...
In fact, no one arrived when we arrived before 12 p.m. even though it was noted as 10:30 a.m....
dirty room, gray sheets, gray towels..No breakfast (a microwave in a corridor)..mold on the walls, fingerprints on the doors..and an unbearable smell of cigarettes.infact staircase of sheep on the ground... In this period of COVID this is unacceptable. We changed rooms just as dirty. I hope that you will take my comments into account because I am not going to stay there...1 star hotel....shameful..We have therefore doubled the costs because we were in another HOTEL...WE HOPE THAT YOU COULD MAKE A BIG COMMERCIAL GESTURE..Supporting photos....

The woman at checkin was great. She is only there until non, so this is more of a residence with digicode entrance. There is no lift, hairdryer on request. Staff remarked that the other rooms were better but I requested on received a room on the 1st floor. Hopefully, other rooms were better, this one was dilapidated, broken mirrors, poor cigaret burned furniture, blackened tile in the bathroom but sheets were clean
