I have stayed at the Hotel for 6 days. The rooms are clean and well sized. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. WIFI is great - best connectivity I found in Juba. Able to do video calls with no line dropping. Hotel compound is secure as are the accommodation blocks.

We had a very decent stay at Panorama Portico Hotel. The food was amazing and including the availability of amenities. We found the staff very helpful, polite and to our luck we had Chef Bamba from kitchen depar**ent to help us in every way. He gave a detailed insight on the stay and serve wonderful food also the relevant hotel environmental goals. He was charming, gentle and welcoming person. I would recommend my friends to stay at panorama portico for their upcoming trips in Juba

This was our first visit to the hotel and we were very impressed. The location is very good --- it sits bang in Juba town yet it is on a quiet street. Excellent hospitality. Very friendly, attentive and professional staffs. Nice amenities. Restaurant staffs are very accompanying to our request, and very tasty foods The room was very clean with efficient air-conditioning and housekeeping services. The staffs were always ready to assist in making our stay comfortable -- they went out of their way on several occasions to help. The food was tasty and the Restaurant had a good spread for the breakfast buffet. Having said that, I must mention that the Chefs were always prepared to prepare any alternate food we might require. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience., accommodation’s the most recommendable place in Juba for me will be always Panorama Portico

Such a nice place I'd love to be again. Service is super and staff very friendly and accommodating. I particularly salute the Manager, Mr. Abhilas, and other staff like Mr. Maddy, Rose, Janat, Benjamin, Kennedy, Selam, Hannah, Yonas and in deed the crew comprising the house cleaners team.

Among hotels that are approved by international organizations, this is probably the lowest cost one, so they get a lot of business but in life, you have to pay a price of some kind in the end for saving cash and this hotel will cost you more in the long run. The staff is unable to provide the service expected of a hotel claiming to have an international standard. There is nearly no discretion, they do not behave in a professional manner towards clients, and often openly show their anger, disapproval, and distress or even voice it and over personalize their rapport with guests. I even had one waitress come running after me in a hallway because she assumed I was trying to get her fired after I had to signal to the management that she had tossed the food that we asked her to take away and not even offered to replace it. The cleaners make noise, consistently knocking things into the doors in the early morning, including on weekends when many of those of us who work all week would like a nice lie in. They also occasionally do not clean because they do not feel like it but then try to lie about it, and when they do clean they don't clean well. The one restaurant is not very good and has a distinct lack of vegetarian dishes and is expensive for what you get and several of the wait staff are also rude. The restaurant is a distressing place for a single woman to spend time as it becomes a type of bar. The balcony is all exposed to a shanty town and so you can't enjoy resting on them discretely. There is loud music playing late into the night in front of the hotel which impedes rest. There's no night guard, which is disturbing for security reasons and the behavior of the staff on call at night here is also unprofessional. The management that can make decisions as to any of your needs does not show up until the morning, the same time when many go to work-so the night shift workers do whatever they want. There's no lobby and you have to wait for cars in front of a scaffold in an extremely hot, exposed area with no chairs, no couches. The concept of a lobby is completely lost here. The bathrooms are flat between shower and toilet and result in a very messy bathroom not matter what. The electricity surges also destroyed my laptop. Use discretion and make a better choice.

Thank you to Umar, Maddy and your exceptional staff for hosting 40 persons with disabilities over 2 weeks with so much compassion, warmth, efficiency and adaptability. The spacious, clean rooms, the delicious food, the friendly staff and the fast internet ensure that we will all remember you with fondness and we will return. You made my first visit to Juba one of joy.
