It is beautiful and well managed. The food is expensive but staying in Juba it is a first class experience. The staff was wonderful.

Background music was soothing but not intrusive, contributing to a tranquil mood. The changing rooms were tidy and adequately stocked with towels, robes, and essential toiletries. ⸻ Service Experience The reception team was polite and accommodating, explaining available treatments in detail. The masseurs were skilled and attentive to pressure preferences, ensuring comfort throughout. The overall service demonstrated consistency and care, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. ⸻ Massage & Treatments The massage session (e.g., Swedish / Deep Tissue / Aromatherapy) was expertly delivered — balancing firmness with relaxation. The therapist’s technique eased muscular tension and improved circulation. Warm oil and gentle stretching added to the therapeutic effect, leaving a refreshed feeling afterward. ⸻ Additional Amenities Post-treatment herbal tea and hydration options were a thoughtful touch. The waiting area provided a serene corner to unwind before leaving. However, a small suggestion would be to enhance privacy between treatment rooms to limit sound carry-over during busy hours. ⸻ Staff Conduct All staff, from reception to therapists, displayed professionalism, courtesy, and warmth. The staff were really professional. Our waiter, Mr. Pieng, was very kind and friendly. The food was generally good and the ambience is to die for 🥰. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Juba.
