O Hotel é mediano, e os serviços do restaurante anexo deixa desejar, demorado e o pedido sempre vem errado. O que é destaque positivo e o que fez a minha experiência excelente, foram os serviços do Max no apoio ao evento e nos coffebreack e almoço para os participantes. Sempre disponível e atento às necessidades de todos.

Recepcionista ainda sem conhecimento para atendimento de check in, banheiro sem papel higiênico, ferro de passar não estava no quarto, liguei para recepção, ramal muito ruim com chiado alto, recepcionista não tinha ninguém para levar o ferro ao quarto e precisei descer.

Hotel disponibiliza tomada para carregador mas a política de utilização precisa de modificação urgente. Um pcd já estava ocupando a vaga de veículo elétrico com um carro híbrido que não estava carregando às 18 hrs, quando fizemos o check in. Retornamos às 22 hrs e o veículo, além de não ter sido retirado, o proprietário se recusou a entregar a chave para o manobrista com a alegação esdrúxula de que só o próprio manobra o seu veículo. Egoísmo total ou vive de mal com a vida. Enfim, espero que a gerência exija que quem for utilizar a referida vaga entregue a chave para que o veículo seja manobrado e retirado após carga total. Viver em sociedade é simples mas certos humanos complicam a vida do próximo.

Serviços e atendimentos perfeitos, principalmente do colaborador William. Tive um contratempo com o ar-condicionado mas os funcionários foram rápidos e diligentes para resolver, não mediram esforços, nota 10. O café da manhã e a sauna foram ótimos.
