Dear team, the experience more than worst. We have observed below experience, 1. There is lot of miss communication about morning breakfast. Earlier reception has informed it is complimentary and after that they told us it is on paid basis. 2. Every time when we are asking any service manager kept saying you have booked online and denied the services. 3. No pest control in room as ants are crawling in room no. 204. When we are calling continuously the person has came at 1:00 am. 4. Hygiene and cleaning not maintained in rooms as washrooms are chocked up)
5. Staff is behaving arrogantly and consuming tobacco regular y during service. 6. As per terms of booking check out time is 11:00 am but hotel is forcing us to leave at 10:00 am
7. Hotel have denied for dinner even if we have ordered within specific time lines. 8. Room cleaning service not at all provided within two days of stay. 9. In room no. 210 washroom door were locking from outside. Every time we need to call colleagues to open the door. Water is chocked up. Is it 3 star. Ac outlet in bathroom feeling directly while taking bath. Food timming. Check out time forced for 10 am
