Aspen Suites Hotel Juneau

Quiet, clean hotel. Friendly staff. No frills hotel but a great place to stay. Easy to access location. This hotel will be my new place to stay for my frequent business trips here.

The room was clean, the check in was fast and the employee was friendly. It was nice having a kitchen and big refrigerator. The hotel was close to the airport and easy to find. I definitely will recommend to my friends and family. The room was quiet also.

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. They had fresh coffee all day and the staff was friendly and quick with check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was Comfortable, quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again by myself or with my family. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for cooking. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Plenty of parking, never had an issue getting a space.

Always a happy and safe place to stay. Aspen is clean, quiet, convenient, close to the airport and reasonably priced. Not all motels in Juneau are as safe and the two minute drive to the airport makes it an easy walk or quick transfer if there’s luggage or freight.

The location of this property is convenient to downtown Juneau, the Valley and Lemon Creek. The hotel itself is ok. The key cards stopped working the day before we left...the staff seemed unconcerned about this. This property is in an industrial area and there are no restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. Overall, this hotel is ok but I don't know if I would stay there again.

This is one of the best rooms I have had at a hotel. I have traveled all over the world. Very clean and beautiful room. Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Thank you Aspen!

Thank you for offering a huge discount for out of town people traveling to Juneau for cancer treatment. If it were not for that discount I would have to sleep in my vehicle. Even in the winter. Your staff is very polite, and helpful. I’m not sure what else to type in here to get 200 characters.

I decided to go to Juneau as I had a longer weekend and had been dying to check it out. The hotel was reasonably priced considering the other option was almost $150 more for one night. Plus you get a nice big room with a ginormous bathroom! Seems like a newer property or just super well maintained! Very very quiet and I was in the room right behind the elevator and didn’t hear it at all, place must have super thick walls or something. I didn’t even hear a plane since the airport is right down the way. Very nice staff as well. A couple things to know about this property though, the front door and desk closes I believe around 11pm. So make sure you have a room key! I wish they had digital access with the front desk being closed. But I get it, it didn’t affect me just a thought. I also know this is a very small chain brand with a handful of locations around Alaska. I wish they had a rewards program (maybe they do, am unsure but they have deals and stuff on their website). I would definitely try more of these properties out!
