we booked an upgraded room with a kitchen so that we could cook our own food, to our surprise we found that the hob does not work. After asking the staff they began to tell us it was only a display model not for use which is very convenient as all the shops and restaurants were shut by that time. The next day we found that there was a dark yellow leak from the room above which landed directly on our bed and belongings, the staff moved us to another room but there was no apologies as it was not their fault apparently? The whole experience was stressful and i would not stay here ever again!!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, nettes Personal. Abends immer 3-GängeMenü, Frühstück vielfältig, für jeden was dabei. Mit dem Bus erreicht man Mayrhofen oder Hinterdux, kostenlos mit Gästekarte. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Es gibt in der Nähe Stationen, um mit der Seilbahn zu fahren. Einfach nur schön.

4 Tage im Hotel verbracht. Speisen in Halbpension sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Schöne große Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Wellness-Bereich eher klein aber sehr schön renoviert.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage - in 5 Minuten mit dem Shettlebus bei der Talstation beim Hintertuxergletscher. Frühstück und Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Wellnessangebot ist ausreichend.

Ein ruhiges, sehr angenehmes Hotel. Zimmer sehr sauber und Küche ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist überaus aufmerksam und sehr höflich. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet (große Handtücher, Bademantel und Laken für die Ruheliegen).

The hotel is very nice, not luxury, but cozy, very clean, with excellent food (very good breakfast and a la carte dinner as well) and services - very professional. The stuff excellent. Beautiful view from our room, a nice, large balcony. Comfortable beds, pillows very good. There are high mountains all around and a glacier in front of you. The location is very good, close to a cable car to the glacier 3250 m high with beautiful views and possibilities for skiing. Bus stop in front of the hotel, parking. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice, all the staff from the reception to the restaurant were very nice and helpful, you can also communicate in Czech. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated and served. We really enjoyed the whole stay!
