For a hotel that costs 100 euro per night, the service and ambience are very poor. When we came back from the village around 10, the door was open and there was no receptionist present. We also had to walk through a dark hallway for the light was broken. The waterslide and sauna are out of order (always), the rooms have very basic interior and the coffee in the morning was bad. We were enthousiastic at forehand of the building (old-Sovjet architecture) and the location (Juodkrante). Those two things indeed were super, but you can also just visit the building and the island without staying at this hotel.

Be aware, they collect sensitive personal data. Conflicted persons like current employee at reception should not work in the service sector at all. Allow itself to terminate the reservation unilaterally in the situation of not giving the permission to collect sensitive personal data. The reviews at national company register rekvizitai.vz.lt show that conflict creation is regular business of this entity.

Despite interesting and well kept interior and furnishing representing Soviet Union times, there is nothing else worth at the hotel. The service is rather poor. The price is extremely expensive. Moreover, after asking for the invoice for the stay, we never received it. After the reminder by email, we were asked to pay extra for the document. This was truly unbelievable.
