The stuff is very kind and breakfast is ok. The Hotel is way too pricey for the service and the quality of the structure/comfort and design it offers because the room was tiny and poorly decorated. I extended my staying for one night after the booked time and for some reason the room was not cleaned up between the reservation period and the extended day. The third bed is just a sofa, quite uncomfortable

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Kuntosali oli hyvä, tosin laitteita voisi uudistaa. Iso miinus ,ettei huoneessa ole vedenkeitintä sekä tee/kahvipusseja. Ei olisi iso investointi tämän tason hotellille

Kuvat antoi aivan erilaisen kuvan.
Huoneen lattian reunat likaiset ja tv:ssä pölyä. Vessapaperia piti pyytää heti, oli 2 vajaata rullaa.
Huonosti löytyi oikea paikoitus ja pääovi. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Klo 18.30 kun meni saunaosastolle sai saunoa omassa rauhassa. Miinuksena uima-altaan veden kylmyys, vaikka virkistävää se olikin.
Lisäksi hotelli vaikutti keskellä viikkoa aika tyhjälle, kuitenkin huoneet oli annettu vierekkäisistä asiakkaille. Omaa nukkumistani hankaloitti viereisen huoneen oven paiskominen, sekä ulkomaalainen seurue joka puhui käytävässä kovaan ääneen mennessään huoneisiin. Eikö huoneet olisi voineet antaa ripotellusti eripuolilta samaa kerrosta...

Muutoin perus yö, mutta huone oli kylmä, telkkari ei toiminut kaukosäätimestä, meteli kuului läpi seinistä ja ikkunasta ei nähnyt ulos jään takia. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja palvelu ok. Perus ketjuhotelli siis.

Clean room situated in the center of Jyväskylä. The room was quite enough for good sleep, although the hotel was full. Warm garage for the car - easy to continue driving on the snowy roads after the visit. Friendly, helpful people at the reception.
