服務相當差，一個酒店本來就沒幾個人，不讓early check in也就算了，關鍵那個德國女生態度非常差。好像非常反感我們一樣，不過説實話，那個地方確實沒有中國人。

如果不是會展時間酒店緊張根本不會住這家酒店。酒店位置比較偏僻，明天打掃衞生後不給更換用過的毛巾和浴巾，瓶裝水也不給添加。第一晚通過毛巾和浴巾後第二天沒有更換，結果第三天還是沒有給房間更換乾淨的毛巾和浴巾。服務非常差。早餐品種非常少。

da wir für diesen Termin leider im Mercury-Hotel City-Nord kein Zimmer buchen konnten, sind wir ins Mercure-Hotel Kaarst ausgewischen.
Auch hier waren wir zufrieden.
Sonntag sind wir dann ins Mercure-Hotel, City-Nord gewechselt.
