Efteling Hotel

Great hotel perfect location for visiting the Theme Park, comfortable beds, good food and very helpful , attentive and friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay even though I was the oldest rider of The Python by 50 years and by 60 years from many other riders.

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff. I consider it to be the best option for Efteling park - its proximity to the park, the entrance tickets are included and the early access are make it so. The rooms are big enough and although we stayed in a comfort room it still had that story a**osphere. The hotel staff even pranked us putting a toy mouse crawling from under the bed. The included breakfast is excellent and we found that the dinner at the hotel is a good option. Still, the only NEGATIVE remark is on that the dinner: there are two bottles of water on every table (a still one and a sparkling one) - you can think it is free/included in the price of the menus (as are the other things on it such as salt/pepper, napkins etc) but when we checked the payment receipt on our second dinner there, we found that it costed us 7 euros per bottle.

We stayed at the Efteling Hotel for 3 nights and had the most incredible time!!!!! The hotel is so lovely - very in keeping with the magical feel of the theme park itself. We stayed in the Coca Cola Suite, which was really lovely. There were a couple of things we thought would help to improve the experience such as proper black out curtains/blinds, bottled water or thinner pillows but mostly some Coca Cola bottles in the room fridge - found it really bizarre the stay didn’t include any! Besides that, the hotel breakfast was just divine and the dinner, whilst a little pricey, was delicious! We ate in both the restaurant and the bar and really enjoyed both experiences - the staff are just amazing!!! So polite and attentive. As for the theme park, the additional 30mins on a morning was fab, with our special entrance. We absolutely LOVED the magic of the park and think a lot of Harry Potter was inspired by the rides here. Two full days and the bits on our day or arrival and departure were just perfect for exploring everything. We used public transport to get to and from the Park and found it very easy so don’t be put off. The trains and buses are so frequent so there’s no problem at all - we stopped for lunch in Amsterdam as well, which which nice as I’d never been. Amazing visit all round - one of our favourites ever. If you’re after a magical experience with something for all the family, this is definitely worth a trip.

It was absolutely amazing. What a unique hotel with a wonderful room the best was the staff they were the most professional and friendliest people I have ever met they couldn’t do enough for us when we bombarded them with lots of questions. My daughter also has severe food allergies and they carefully prepared room service each night for her massive thanks for making our experience so positive thank you
