Zum 5x im Club und immer noch begeistert. Danke an Ibrahim für das wunderschöne Zimmer und die stets nette Betreuung. Danke an Serkan Pak für die nette Betreuung. Danke an Mehmet Yilmaz für die stets nette Betreuung im Restaurant. Danke an Sebahat für die kunstvoll gefalteten Handtücher auf unseren Betten. Danke an DJ Kurad für die gute Musik. Und einen ganz herzlichen Dank an die Animateure, ihr macht den ganzen Tag einen großartigen Job. Seid damit in jeder Sekunde lustig und nett. Einfach perfekt. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt! Egal in welchem Bereich. Ebru, Serkan Bingor vom Gästebereich und auch an der Rezeption ganz tolle Leute, herzlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch im Restaurant wurde man nur verwöhnt. Deniz, Adem Uguz und alle anderen (leider habe ich keine Namen) sind so nett. Immer lächelnd und sofort zur Stelle. Wirklich super Service. Man sollte auch das Personal nicht im Hintergrund vergessen was da alles geleistet wird. Auch Dir lieben Dank Esra. Und nicht zu vergessen ist auch die Chilloutbar am Abend. Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit so richtig zum Ausklang eines schönen Tages. Demet und Irfan sind so herzliche und freundliche Barwaiter/Barman. Sie geben ihren vollen Einsatz damit es einem richtig gut geht. Auch sollte man die fleißigen Helfer, Reinigungspersonal und alle die hier arbeiten und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgen nicht vergessen. Möchte mich bei allen bedanken für die wunderschöne Zeit hier und ich komme sehr gerne und bald wieder . Danke ☀️🥰 Ändern

Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Anlage super schön. Da sie sehr groß ist, verläuft es sich auch gut. Das Schönste an dem Urlaub waren aber die Menschen, die man dort kennengelernt hat. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt vor allem dem Entertainerteam!! Vielen Dank an Amelie und Emre. Flo, der Magic Angel, hat uns sehr nett empfangen und viele schöne Momente mit uns verbracht. Zuletzt auch ein großes Dankeschön an den Tänzer Jason, der immer für gute Laune gesorgt hat und den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht hat. Alles im einem ein traumhafter Urlaub!!

Ongekend schoon resort hotel, met de vriendelijkste mensen, super restaurants, heerlijk eten. Alles is top zowel voor groot als klein. Super entertainment. Behulpzaam op elk gebied. Limonade in de koelkast. Direct bij aankomst is er aandacht voor de gast.

My stay at the TUI Magic Life Masmavi was my first visit to Turkey. I was not really sure what to expect if I am honest, but, this trip has made me question why I never visited it before. The location - This hotel is set on a golden sandy beach with glorious view to both the right towards Antalya and the left. The hotel - This hotel is sprawling and goes on endlessly. There are more pools than I can remember, beautiful gardens with beautiful flowers, plants, trees and shrubs. The facilities such as the tennis courts, football court and spa are all excellent. The room - We had a standard room and this was fine. The bed was extremely comfortable, albeit the duvet was a tad small. Fear not, we simply asked for another one, which was duly supplied. The food - Wow. Just wow. They literally catered for everyone. The salad bar goes on and on, the selection of hot and cold meats are excellent. The speciality sections are mind blowing. The deserts are like something from a Parisian patisserie. If you have read reviews saying the food is repetitive, then this needs to be disregarded. The food is the best I have ever experienced from an all inclusive. The bars - There are plenty. They are all different and cater for whatever you require so if it is a chilled drink you want, head to the chill bar. If you want a quick drink, grab one from the snack bar. If you want to watch some live sport, then head to the lobby bar. If you want the 4am drink, then head to the Wunderbar. As I close this review, then I thought why did I think this was one of the best holidays I have ever been on. It then occurred to me this was because of the staff. They are so friendly and they make this hotel what it is, which is a fabulous hotel which literally caters for all. My favourite member of staff was Mehmeti Bilinger from the ala carte restaurant. He made me feel like I was a king.

Wir waren im Mai im TUI Magic Life Masmavi und es war auch im 2. Jahr ein klasse Urlaub. Tolle Anlage, alles sauber und das Essen immer lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super freundliche und immer nette Service von Adem Kaplan und Şiyar Alakuş. Wer solche Servicekräfte hat, kann sich wirklich glücklich schätzen. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich sauber und liebevoll von Firdevs gereinigt. Auch ein grosses Danke an das Team vom MyMo Miniclub, die sich mit viel Hingabe, Freude und Kreativität um die Bespaßung unserer Tochter gekümmert haben. Ein spezieller Dank gilt hier Louisa, Aylin, Lia, Lewis, Isabel,Arife, Özgün und Aylena.
