It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

We liked the hotel staff and the location very much. It is a good choice and I will go again.

Cool Turkish hotel with all inclusive!

The food is okay

We stayed with my friends on December 8th, the hotel really deserves a perfect 10 points, and we would like to thank Mr. ibrahim for taking care of us.

I've always been dubious about both Turkey and all inclusive so this was a big leap for me. I have to say I wasn't disappointed on both fronts. The Masmavi is absolutely excellent in every aspect. The grounds are immaculate and constantly maintained,the lagoon room we had was prime location and very spacious and modern. The pools were a plenty as were the sun beds. There is a bit of towel dropping for certain beds but that's always going to happen. The food on offer here considering it's an all inclusive is sublime,food you'd see in a la carte restaurants. I'm talking Beef Wellington,sushi,salmon to name a few. There is literally so much choice and they do themed evenings which were amazing the effort and planning that they put into everything is quite impressive and that is carried on throughout the whole complex from cleaners,bar staff entertainment team and guest services. All staff were so happy and smiley and very competent. Some staff I'd like to mention are Emri, the archery coach who is very knowledgeable and such a great guy, very personable and his courses were fun and enjoyable. Sanin from the pool bar always went out of his way to smile and talk and thought nothing of refilling our travel cups with ice and drinks of our choosing. Great guy. Yasin from guest services is an absolute gent who is very professional and a credit to the team always made time to stop and check that we had everything we needed and that the holiday was up to their standards. Cetin seemed to be everywhere always smiling and engaging with the kids and was a great compare on the mic to get the crowds going. Even the cleaners were smiley and happy in their work,special mention to Mustafa who had a constant smile on his face while doing a hard job in the intense heat. I had a hamam and sports massage from the onsite spa and it was amazing and worth every penny. The activities on offer were plentiful for both adults and kids. If you want more of a chilled day there are places onsite to get away from hustle and bustle in the way of the 16+ pool and bar. We hired a day bed on the beach which I would highly recommend, well worth the money, but book quick as they fill up quickly. We've already been looking at dates and prices to get back there next year. There was nothing any 6 of our party could fault in the whole 14 nights we were there. I can't speak highly enough of the place,staff and facilities.

We are just back from a week at the TUI Masmavi, we went for a week. We didn’t have the best start to our holiday, we were put in the old garden rooms which on the surface looked okay, however the air con wasn’t working properly so the room was like a sauna and the mini bar was extremely old and made a churning noise every ten minutes, we had to contact reception and had an engineer out in the middle of the night who managed to clean the air con and made it marginally better but it still wasn’t great, very loud and wasn’t cold, the fridge was unusable. When we arrived there was also opened drinks in our fridge. We had a shower the first morning and it wasn’t clean and the water temperature alternated between roasting and freezing. We went to reception to complain who weren’t very accommodating, therefore we spoke to the customer relations manager, who told us he would deal with it and to go and enjoy our day. By lunchtime he came back with a new room in the main building which was lovely, a lot more modern. He also booked us a free bed at one of the beach cabanas which was lovely and very generous, really good service from him. The hotel is really nice, pools are lovely and there is plenty to choose from. To get a good sunbed you need to be up early though as loads get reserved, we were at the pool early each day and most reserved sun beds lay empty most of the day, which was a shame. If you are around the activity pool there is staff who come and offer drinks and will tidy up however we found the other pools nobody came near so you need to go to the bar yourself and a few times we had to ask for the area to be cleaned as glasses built up around the pool which attracted bugs and on one occasion food was left so the birds were in at it. Bar staff were all friendly, drinks were okay but you have to pay extra for premium spirits and the cocktails weren’t great, I have been at other hotels which have done premium cocktails but these were basic ones which were undrinkable (no pornstars here!) the wine was nice as was the Prosecco. There are also slush machines which were good! The buffet food was really good, lots of variety at all meals and we ate at the snack bar at lunch which again was lovely with variety. We booked in for the Turkish and curry a la carte, we weren’t impressed with either. The food arrived the minute we sat down in both without being offered a drink first, had to ask for plates and cutlery at the curry place as they gave lots of mini plates and nothing to eat with. The food was okay but to be honest it did feel that some of the food was left over from the buffet at lunch as it wasn’t the freshest. We had booked the fish restaurant for the last night but couldn’t face it so cancelled. We found the food and service at the buffet to be a lot better, which we were surprised at! I made this booking rather last-minute and ended up paying a bit more than usual. Having visited Turkey numerous times, mostly around the Fethiye area, some friends recommended this charming hotel, so I decided to take the opportunity to explore the beaches of Antalya. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's location – it’s right on the beachfront, a beautifully organised, brand-new establishment. The staff were attentive and professional, the room immaculate, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. There are plenty of bars on-site, and I particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment. All in all, my holiday in Antalya was absolutely worth it. A special thanks to Mr Ulas and his team, who not only introduced me to the hotel but also guided me to some of the best tourist spots in the area. During my stay, I visited Antalya’s Old Town and several ancient ruins, which added to the experience. TUI Magic Life was an excellent choice!

It is a lovely hotel for family holidays, and the kids enjoyed it, I had some minor issues with the room, so my special thanks to Mr Ulas and his team, great people! We loved food, and despite my sensitive stomach, I had no problem at all, The hotel's amenities were fairly enough for families,

We had a lovely time here in May/June. If we could, we would rate it 1000 stars. I love the hotel, it was really nice but can you add more flavours of ice cream? Thank you for our holiday. It was really nice and pure paradise (G. Aged 8) Rooms - clean, well maintained, air con worked, safe, mini frodge, slippers, robes, hair dryers Pools - not heated but not needed, plenty of sun beds Beach - hot sand, plenty of sun beds and shade, foam party!!! Food - amazing and lots of variety, loved the kids buffet area, such a great idea. Staff - some were young and in need of further training but what they lacked in experience, they made up for in friendliness and enthusiasm. Yasar in the bar was amazing! See you again next year!

We visited this hotel at the end of the June, it was one of the best hotels I’ve went to, everything was spotless, entertainment was amazing, and the entertainment team especially Jason. The food at the hotel was excellent, the steak restaurant was unreal & the snack bar at lunchtime they had a verity of things to choose from, special shoutout to șiyar in the snack bar who provided us excellent service! We hope to back soon!
