Отдыхали с семьей в июле 2019. Море чистое, питание вкусное и разнообразное, анимация скромная, уборка номеров хорошая. Номера правда, тесноваты для пятерки. Очень понравилось разнообразие меню, лепешки, мороженое, фрукты, коктейли и оперативность обслуживания. Чистый пляж, мало навязчивых рекламщиков

The hotel is quite dated even though the rooms were okay. Same menu everyday gets a bit boring specially if you are staying for more than 2-3 days . Taxis are expensive from belek area . The worst is the attitude of the staff . Some were okay but snack area staff were rude . Cats were eating lizards where we were eating in the snack area and none of the staff was bothered . As for the beach , the security on the beach and life guards harass you and ask you after every 10 mins which hotel you are from and to show proof that you are staying in the hotel . We got asked 3 times in a span of 10 minutes even though we had the hotel blue towels our key card . There was no manager present the whole day and no one else to complain to . Felt quite overwhelmed that a 5 star hotel treats its guest as if they are thieves . Did not feel comfortable as the guards kept saying we are watching you . Disgusted .

We stayed for 8 days and can’t fault the hotel for anything apart from trouble with the safe in one room but was fixed within two hours.stayed in golf resort and room nice and bed excellent.All the staff excellent but must reserve special praise for Rambo( you legend),Esma ,Sadiq and gaynor (sorry if spelt wrong ) and Cesar down in main hotel pool bar and restaurant.also great work from kamal in the shop and Bilal in golf lobby for his driving us to golf courses and his happy personality.tolgar also great barman The hotel is located in a great spot for golfers as every course was within 10 mins and the food at the al acarte restaurants was top drawer.we avoided the buffet but looked nice and breakfast was also good .pool was lovely for workout and nice and quiet and gym was ok but a little dated but served it’s purpose .also the chef in Turkish restaurant was We will definitely come again and can’t speak highly enough of the place so congrats to the management

Были там с 07 по 14 сентября 21 года пляж песок. Жили в здании Ресорт. Настоящая пятерка. Рекомендую. Впечатления очень хорошие. Покупали в здание Гольф. Но всех отсели в здание Ресорт. Сказали что всё продано и будут ломать. Странно.

На самом деле отдыхали в конце августа-в начале сентября 2021 года (Tripadvisor не дает поставить более ранний срок) , так что этот отзыв с большим опозданием. Но уверен, что ничего не поменялось. Один из лучших, если не самый лучший отель, в котором довелось побывать в Турции. Совершенно не турецкий так сказать, абсолютно европейский, с очаровательным электрокаром между двумя корпусами. Все хорошо- и территория (потрясающе зеленая) и корпуса или отдельные бунгало, пляж с тентами, бассейны (в том числе спортивный с дорожками), лобби (2 штуки в разных корпусах), номера. Ну и так далее и тому подобное. Про кухню умолчу- также на высшем уровне. Маленький совет: у нас это получилось по чистой случайности, но по возможности берите номер в корпусе Сlub (так называется, если не ошибаюсь). Да, он дальше до моря, но там свой ресторан как закрытый. так и открытый, где завтракать и ужинать (обедов нет, они в главном корпусе) одно удовольствие. Разумеется им могут пользоваться все, но не все о нем знают. Считаю, что нам повезло в свое время, воспоминания только самые лучшие!

Отдыхала в октябре 2022! Отель классный,персонал улыбчивый,всегда помогут,комнаты просторные и уборка на высшем уровне,еда тоже очень вкусная и разнообразная.Благодарю за прекрасный отдых. На ресепшене работают профессионалы своего дела

Очень понравилась. Гостеприимство, чистота, еда, спа и так далее. В день заселения уже было ясно как относится персонал к гостям. Работники рецепшна помогли выбрать номер. По скольку я была с детьми.ходили со мной по этажам, показали номера. На четвёртый день нас не спасло крема от солнца. Я удивилась что работники ресторана переживали и помогли предлодив жидкость, не помню название, чтобы быстро снять покраснения у детей. Самый вкусный коктейль готовит ЗОЗАН. Советую она в баре работает. Благодарю всех персоналов отель Зейнеп.

Otelin son konuklarından biri olarak belirtmek isterim ki çok memnun kaldım. Burada yazan olumsuz yorumları okuyunca açıkçası çok şaşırdım. Şikayet konusu olan Gülfiye hanım ile biz de görüştük ve kendisi bize A La Carte restoran ve hatta yemek seçiminde bile çok yardım etti. İtalyan restoranda biftek öneriniz için teşekkür ederim Gülfiye hanım, gerçekten enfes bir yemekti. Otelin yıkılacak olması bizi gerçekten çok üzdü. Tesis Eylül ayı itibarıyle çok dolu değildi. Bu sayede istediğimiz herşeyi sıra beklemeden yaptık, harika yemekler yedik, denizde ve havuzda bol bol yüzdük, eşsiz iskelede güzel kokteyller içtik, sahilde kilometrelerce yürüdük, kedileri sevdik, bol bol pinpon oynadık. Kısacası çok eğlendik. Otel hakkında bu saatten sonra detaylı artı ve eksi belirtmeye gerek yok çünkü seneye yerinde olmayacak. Büyük ihtimal yerine Regnum tarafından villalar yapılacak. Umarız peysajı çok bozmadan yaparlar ve otelin çeşitli yerlerinde gördüğümüz hayvanlar aç susuz kalmaz.

Ужасный отель, очень старый, грязный. Не соответствует * звёзде, кухня однообразная. Я очень разочаровалась. Плохо убираются, запах с санузлов. Заходишь в отель в лобби очень давит, запах орхидеи очень сильно воняет, аж тошнит 🤮. Единственное что хорошо персонал отзывчивый. Я больше не вернусь в этот отель 🏨 В отеле никаких развлечений. Одним словом не соответствует цене(((:
