房間乾淨舒適，備品齊全，洗髮水護髮素都產自法國。迷你吧有免費的飲料啤酒以及小吃。服務周到，對小孩子很有耐心。大部分遊戲免費，保齡球需要額外付費。大堂吧的雞尾酒很好喝！有單點餐廳和自助餐廳，24小時隨時可以就餐。總體感覺，攜程的鉑鑽酒店確實是非常好的選擇。

Отдыхаем семьей в данном отеле, очень комфортное пребывание с детьми. Чувствуем много внимания и заботы о нас, guest service отвечают на любой запрос и пожелание! ❤️Отдельное спасибо за теплые бассейны и горячий душ на пляже. Питание, анимация - все отлично! Официанты в основном ресторане - большие молодцы, очень быстрые и внимательные, почти все говорят по-русски. Хотелось бы отметить уборку номера, Marve делала это быстро и очень качественно! Благодарим всю команду Calista за чудесный отпуск!

Замечательный отель. Отдыхали в мае. Чистота и очень хороший сервис. Всегда есть что исправить, конечно, но мы обратились в guest relations и к нам прислушались. Замечательный персонал. Все решат и всегда помогут. Словом, как дома, только лучше. Еда - разнообразная, напитки хорошие. Много развлечений и хорошая программа. Много интерактива для детей. В целом больше семейный отель, но и для пар найдутся активности. Ставлю лайк.

Memnuniyetimizin en baştaki sebeplerinden biri her departmandaki görevli ve personellerin son derece guleryuzlu ve ilgili hizmetleri.Antalya da üst segment çok otelde kaldık ancak buradaki personel kadar guleryuzlu ve içten hizmete gerçekten rastlamadık. Resepsiyonda Koray bey,7 nolu binada kat -oda hizmetlerini yapan Merve Hanım ,Charm Bar da Hüseyin Şefimiz,Batuhan bey ,The Garden ve ana yemek salonunda Gülçin Hanım, animasyon ekibinden Zehra hanım ,spa da Aynur hanım işlerinin sonuna kadar hakkını veren özellikle memnuniyetimizi belirtmek istediğimiz personellerden.Kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.Charm Bar daki Paparazzi Night ve Moroccon Night Showları ve Zehra hanımın sıcak ilgisi tatilimize ekstra keyif kattı. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli.Alkollu ,alkolsüz tüm içecekler başarılı.Peyzaj son derece güzel, yemyeşil.Büyuk bir alan olmasına rağmen binaların başarılı yerleşimleri sayesinden yorulmadan her alanın ve aktivitenin tadını çıkartabilirsiniz. Отель великолепен. Сервис всегда на высоте, все службы работают профессионально и четко, каждый на своем месте, территория зеленая, ухоженная , еда очень достойная (лично мне не хватало шоколадных десертов). Всегда большой выбор салатов и фруктов. Рестораны на территории заслуживают отдельного внимания: очень вкусно. Отмечали день рождения в японском ресторане, все было на уровне. В ближайшее время планируем снова поездку к Вам в отель. А это о многом говорит ) Единственное, что хотелось бы отметить, чересчур холодные помещения в ресторане на шведском столе и шум ранним утром от персонала по уборке в холле. Любим Ваш отель и ждем новых встреч.

hervorragendes Hotel, wer es ruhig erholend und entspannend haben möchte ist hier am richtigen Ort! Im Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis das beste Hotel an der türkischen Riviera! Das Regnum und MaxxRoyal sind sicherlich nicht schlechter, aber eben teurer!

Amazing time at hotel. Travelled with two young babies and by far our easiest holiday experience. Special mention to Necla our house keeper that did an amazing job everyday. Really appreciate returning to clean and restocked room. We can’t have made it easier for her with the kids making a mess of everything.
