The room is clean and comfortable, with complete supplies. The shampoo and conditioner are all produced in France. The minibar has free drinks, beer and snacks. The service is attentive and patient with children. Most games are free, but bowling is available for an additional fee. The cocktails in the lobby bar are delicious! There are a la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants where you can eat at any time 24 hours a day. Overall, I feel that Ctrip’s Platinum Diamond Hotel is indeed a very good choice.

Отдыхаем на данный момент в калислте с ребенком. Я в шоке откуда столько положительных отзывов? За эти деньги много аналогов лучше. Ребенка продуло в детском клубе, потому что там работает во всю мощность кондиционер и аниматоры делают температуру под себя, а не исходя из детей. После улицы входишь туда,как в морозильную камеру. Дальше интереснее. Ночью у ребёнка поднялась температура 40, я попросила на ресепшене подняться к нам врача из отеля перемерить температуру, потому что я была на панике. Рецепшен сказал,что врач у них дежурный есть, но он к ним не относится ,но сидит в отеле🤣🤣 и зайти в номер стоит 170 евро!! Это бинго. Мужчина с рецепшн по телефону общался очень грубо и ругался со мной вместо того,чтобы пытаться помочь. Врач зашел на 5 минут, выписал антибиотик и ушел. Без чека, без заключения. Когда я пришла в себя и в страховой у меня начали просить бумаги-менеджер на рецепшн сказал,что не отвечает за них, но попросит прислать чек. Поэтому советую отель ,где к вам будут относиться по-чедовечески в стрессовый момент ,а не как к кошельку .

Calista, как и всегда (отдыхаю в этом отеле с детьми ежегодно с 2009 года) на высоте! Поразил обновленный мини-клуб. Там сделали не только новый ремонт (очень стильный) но и полностью изменили концепцию. Сейчас целый день там разнообразные интересные мастер классы: делают слаймы, леденцы, арттшкола и даже есть мастерская по дереву! Сегодня разрисовывали настояший ретро автомобиль! Очень круто! Работает с 10:00 до 00:00 без перерывов, что позволяет родителям посетить чудесный бич бар с ежедневными крутыми шоу. В этом году особенно великолепна кухня! Повар превзошёл сам себя! Сервис, как всегда на высоте! Любой каприз исполняется мгновенно через чат, не нужно даже никуда ходить! Несмотря на то, что отель бы полностью заполнен, обслуживание ничуть не испортилось, официанты и бармены справляются на отлично. Большое спасибо отелю, что не смотря на начало июля, подгреваеммые открытые бассейны возле СПА и с горками были реально теплые! Около СПА лично, ради интереса замеряла 35, 6! Наслаждение! Хочу еще отметить отличную работу анимационной команды и Гест релейшен. Спасибо Calista за наш чудесный отдых! С нетерпением будем ждать встречи в следующем году ♥️

Каким образом этот отель может получать положительные отзывы? Сервиса никакого, с «ресторанами» и качеством еды полная катастрофа, пластиковые лежаки, которых не хватает. Если хочешь получить нормальный лежак, необходимо доплачивать 20 евро в сутки, и даже тут все перепутают и дадут не то, за что ты заплатил. Толпа народу, от которой просто некуда деться. Старый отель на 3 звезды максимум. Даже если они снизят цену в 5 раз, отель все равно не будет стоить и этого.

We have only been here a few days. We have visited only once before and loved it so much we saved to come back. Everything is going perfectly. Service,Accommodation,Food and facilities. We visit Blue bar when we have had dinner. We would like to give a special mention to Aidana, who goes above and beyond with her service. She is always pleasant,polite,helpful and works so hard.

Bu otele ilk defa geliyoruz ve her şeyden çok memnun kaldık özellikle Kids Clubuna bayıldık!!!! Yemek alanından aktivitelerinden kızların verdiği ilgilerinden çok memnun kaldık. Nadja ya özel bir teşekkür etmek istiyoruz, harika biri ! Söyleyecek o kadar şey var ki buraya sığmaz.

Wonderful experience at Calista! Superb property, facilities and outstanding service in every area. We are vegetarians and when they realised we were struggling with the food a bit , they spoke to us and made food separately for us every day. The restaurant manager, the chef and guest relations checked with us every day to ensure we got what we needed. The food spread during breakfast lunch and dinner was fantastic. The rooms, pools, private beach area , pier all were very luxurious and the service for food and drinks in all these places was amazing. The Charm beach club/ disco had amazing shows and groups performing every day. There is a lovely spa and hamam as well! All this with an all inclusive package was outstanding. All in all a superb hotel and fantastic service. The Service and Staff won me over, I will definitely return here and recommend this hotel. One of the best options in Antalaya!
