The room is clean and comfortable, with complete supplies. The shampoo and conditioner are all produced in France. The minibar has free drinks, beer and snacks. The service is attentive and patient with children. Most games are free, but bowling is available for an additional fee. The cocktails in the lobby bar are delicious! There are a la carte restaurants and buffet restaurants where you can eat at any time 24 hours a day. Overall, I feel that Ctrip’s Platinum Diamond Hotel is indeed a very good choice.

We have now returned to The Calista hotel and we are definitely not disappointed in fact it is still as magical as it was before . The staff cannot do enough for you - nothing is too much trouble . Our room is just beautiful with stunning views and everything you could want and more . The gardens and hotel are immaculate . I have come with my husband for a wedding anniversary treat and on producing our marriage certificate the hotel are treating us to an al’carte meal in one of the restaurants - a lovely touch . We have nine days left and cannot wait to enjoy every moment. Well done The Calista team

I liked everything in the hotel. The food is really excellent, everyone working is friendly and very helpful. We liked our room very much, the view was wonderful. The heated pools provided a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire calista family
