Jeśli miałabym oceniać hotel w skali od 1 do 10, to daję 11. Wszystko zgodne z opisem na stronie TUI. Plaża na wyciągnięcie ręki, jedzenie przepyszne i bardzo różnorodne, hotel zadbany, baseny czyste, dużo zieleni i przemiła obsługa, zwłaszcza kelnerzy (szczególnie Pan Ali). Do tego codziennie ciekawa rozrywka, pokazy, animacje. Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, blisko do Land of Legend. Byliśmy w drugiej połowie kwietnia i temperatura wahała się między 24 a 30 stopni, ludzi zdecydowanie mniej niż w sezonie, więc spokój i luz. Jedyna rzecz w TUI na minus w stosunku do innych biur podróży (np. Rainbow), to brak rezydenta na lotnisku. Ale sam pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany, polecam serdecznie!

Bellice deluxe hotel amazing best and must visit location.Helpful amazing freindly staff and beautiful resort. Food in restaurants was very good. Bar was amazing. We likes it so much. Our kids also liked here. And it was their top time here. Thank you

This is our second time staying at the Bellis Hotel in the last 12 months . While our stay last year was excellent the weather was too warm for us last July so this year we decided to go for the end of April & it has been an absolute brilliant experience with everything from the friendly staff that can’t do enough for you to the beautiful food & the weather was just perfect . The holiday has been unreal , so much so that we are planning our next trip right away . Thank you to everyone that made this trip unbelievable & gave us a week we will never forget . Best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Ger, Mary & Family ( Ireland 🇮🇪 )

Никакой это не отель 5+ как нам его рекомендуют турагенты. Максимум 4* и это только из-за территории. 1. Единственный бассейн с подогревом небольшой для такого моря бассейн с горками в аквапарке. Главный бассейн не подогреваемый. Поплавать пока работают горки - нереально. 2. Лежаков возле подогреваемого бассейна естественно, не хватает на всех. При этом даже не в сезон с холодным морем лежаков на море также мало свободных!!! Страшно представить, что происходит в сезон 3. Заселить в номерах могут рандомно: семью с ребенком и недалеко одних мужиков, которые бухают на балконе и орут в 3 часа ночи. Все таки для такой территории должно быть разграничение для тех кто хочет тусоваться и для тех, кто ночью спит. И все-таки слушать громко музыку нужно в специально отведенных местах! 4. Анимация. Днем их вообще не видно. Днем в беби клубе небольшое количество аниматоров, которые «в восторге» от своей работы, изредка отквлекаяся от телефонов - смотрят за детьми. Вечером одна главная антимация на сцене. и конечно же мест также не хватает. Начало представления в 21:30 и мест свободных уже попросту нет. 5.для того, чтобы пополнили минибар позвонили 3 раза на ресепшен в течение 2 часов! 6. Единственный плюс в этом отеле, который увидела - это массажист Мурад! Ну очень хороший специалист!

This was our fifth time at this hotel. We are in love with this place. We always choose jasmine pool rooms. The food, location and service are perfect. This year we were disappointed for the first time. The children's pool had cold water throughout our stay from October 3 to October 10. Only on the day of departure did the staff turn on the heating of the children's pool after the intervention of other families. We were very sad because the water in the children's pool should be warm to allow them to play and protect them from illness. On the last day of our stay, when the hotel staff turned on the heating in the children's pool, it was a lot of fun, but unfortunately we had to go home. To sum up, this year we will visit Bellis for the sixth time. If the water in the children's pool is cold, we will throw the relations lady into the water :) A hotel of this class cannot afford such a mistake. Turning on the pool heating earlier than planned will not result in many additional costs and may make our holidays as wonderful as in previous years. see you in October 2/10-10/10. 2024 :-)

Beautiful hotel,amazing pools, the best all inclusive I have ever been to.less than 10 mins in a taxi to belek and 5 mins taxi to land of legends , the food and drinks are fantastic in all bars and restaurants/ snack bars with great choices in all. Friendly staff however most struggled with English so most of the time the drinks we tried to order straight off the menu they couldn’t understand and kept getting wrong or had to wait to order until someone who spoke English could serve us ,same for reception felt like their was a major language barrier if you didn’t speak Turkish/ Russian. The spa is amazing and has very good deals. Kids club also great with an amazing play area for the kids. The shop and the hair salon there is ridiculously priced, €32 for a pair of kids goggles, packet of wipes €8 everything so expensive so would recommend avoiding it ,Same with the hair salon in the hotel was quoted €100 to have something redone we got for €30 the week previous, so would definitely avoid there too. however this didn’t take away from the experience just warning others to be cautious, would definitely return.
