Very nice hotel, very good people, modern facilities,

Great hotel, room spotless, service excellent, great gym with all new equipment, pool long enough to swim laps, breakfast buffet huge with many cooked to order options and fresh juices, great concierge lounge and staff, location perfect for going anywhere u want to go and food market next door to purchase local spices and tea and local price. Just wish the pool opened prior to 0800 but i swam at night.

I was very happily surprised at the good quality of the building and rooms at this Sheraton. I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a fabulous view of the city and ocean. Very nice! The staff are very helpful. Only issue was getting the taxi driver to find it - they thought I was saying “Hilton” for some reason.

Great new hotel in colombo. Right in center. Everything was a s you would expect from a modern 5 star. hotel. the chefs put them selves out to help me with my dietary requests - coming to business lounge to check all was ok. The facilities were excellent.

It's a really good place and friendly staffs and the service was awesome Special thanks goes to Mr Indika and Mr Ishara for the wonderful service. And the buffet also superb plenty of variates to eat The function hall also very nice place to conduct a meeting

Although our stay was short at this brand new hotel, we experienced enough to give this hotel the top scores for rooms, service and location (we didn't get to enjoy the pool, rooftop restaurant on the 21/22 floor). The staff is extra nice to take care of every little needs of the guests; also, there are many obliging staff members available, whether at the check in desk, bellhops, restaurant, bar lounge, etc. One cannot beat the location, in central Colombo, but with an ocean view. While the main road by the hotel is busy at peak times, one can take a short walk, a couple of blocks, to the Marine Drive for a nice stroll or jog along the rail tracks by the coast. Easy to walk to a lot of other restaurants, shops, the US embassy, etc. The Bake Shop, a coffee shop near the check-in desk, bakes their own delicious breads and pastries; they might need additional staff when the hotel is fully open and the occupancy increases. One cautionary note is that the shower stall floor, although beautiful, felt slippery (maybe since it is brand new). Overall, this is a great hotel with the most modern amenities and conveniences, including on-site covered parking.

Had a really nice time, food was amazing with a great international buffet selection and the service was excellent. There were many live action stations which were very well done. Special thanks to Divani who was very attentive. Will definitely return

New Hotel is excellent rooms amenities and a fantastic buffet. The best in Colombo, but what really makes the difference are the staff. They go beyond the norm to make guests feel welcome. From the front desk to the cleaning staff they are super friendly and do a great job. The hotel is located in a good area as it is quieter and just on the edge of the busy city centre.

We visited Ceylon Bakery at the Sheraton Hotel for coffee and were delighted by the ambiance and the international standard of the setting. Our experience was made even better by the attentive and polite service of Divani and Rajitha, Both were very nice and courteous, and the customer service was exceptional. Had a very nice evening thanks to them. We tried their signature Dirty Chai, which was delightful, it was wonderfully balanced, not overly sweet and was filled with the rich aroma of spices.
