The rooms are spacious, the service is great, the meals are great value, and the hot springs are great. There is a shuttle bus at the JR station, which is very convenient. Because the flight to Komatsu was cancelled, we flew to Nagoya instead. We rushed all the way to Kaga Onsen Station, just in time to catch the last shuttle bus. We arrived at the hotel smoothly, soaked in the hot springs, and had a delicious kaiseki meal.

The service attitude is very good and the environment and facilities are also very clean and tidy.

A high-quality hot spring hotel in Japan

The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining.

It was a really nice inn! Yamagami-san or the room attendant was a young girl who seemed inexperienced, but my child seemed happy, so I thought it was good! The only disappointing thing was that there was hair on the new pillow, and I think they replaced the light bulb in the ceiling light, but they forgot to close it, which was disappointing! As expected, the hot springs were great, with three large baths and a room with an open-air bath, so we went in a total of eight times✨ I think it's a ryokan I'd like to visit again! Yamagami-san's smile was the best thing!

I went with my daughter and her husband, reserving one room for four adults. Looking around, it seemed like most people were visiting with two or three generations. Perhaps because of the earthquake and the upcoming accommodation discount, there were fewer people this time, so we were able to relax. [Bath] If you want to enjoy the hot springs to the fullest, this is the place. There are three large baths, so you will never get bored. All the baths are hot springs, but there are baths with spring water, baths with spring water, and baths with hot spring water drawn in. The baths with water flowing from the source are kettle baths (Goemon baths) and are not very large. I recommend it if you have the time to use it. You have to bring your own towel to the large bath, but even if the ones in the room got wet, you could change them as many times as you like (bath towels are OK too). Lotion, milk, men's basic cosmetics, etc. are available in the large bath and in the room. There were no cotton swabs in the room, but there were in the large bath. It's okay to go empty-handed. [Room] We didn't choose a very expensive plan, but the room was still spacious and sufficient. The quality of the futon, pillows, sofa and cushions was also excellent. The tatami mats were apparently renovated and were beautiful. The TV in the room has an HDMI port, so if you bring a Fire stick or something, you can enjoy streaming videos in your room. [In-house services] There are many services that guests can enjoy, such as snacks and free drinks. In addition, the hotel smelled good everywhere, and the air was always clean, making you want to take a deep breath. [Meals] Although the dinner and breakfast were only a little at a time, they were all delicious and filling. Attention was paid to the seasonal and local colors, and the freshness of the ingredients was outstanding. The hospitality of the waitresses was also perfect. I felt that they were veterans who had been working there for a long time. In the summer, you can enjoy the pool with a large water slide. There is a hot spring resort-like inn nearby, and it is also fun to go there when the pool is not open. It was a fun and extraordinary inn, and if my budget allowed, I would like to stay there for two nights. I was satisfied with everything.

The landlady always greets guests at the entrance, even in the cold. During the hot spring* making experience, I watched as she went outside through the entrance, noting how hard it must be in the cold, and then as she returned to the inn, she suddenly came over to me and said, "We have some geta that are bigger," and brought them over herself. I was impressed by her broad perspective, and how by not asking an employee to bring them for her, but bringing them herself and showing them to the staff, I think she is subtly educating them, which I learned a lot from. The reception, the souvenir shop, the driver, the maid, and all the employees were extremely polite and customer service, and even during the earthquake on New Year's Day, they helped us in various ways at the hotel. The building was shaken violently, but there was no major damage. The rice is also very satisfying.

I stayed for two nights from January 1st, and the meal was extremely luxurious. Unfortunately, I'm a little far away due to the Noto earthquake. The room attendants were very kind and polite and I was very satisfied! However, when I was leaving with my family, I heard a woman's voice in the next room, and although I couldn't make out much of it, I heard something that sounded like she was complaining about work or saying something bad about someone. I felt like I was going on a trip and it was fun, but at the end I felt uncomfortable. We stayed at this hotel with the summer vacation only plan. The room was reserved as a single room when we made the reservation, but they had some room and prepared a twin room for the same price. There are shops on the first floor, a general shop next to the front desk, and two other shops with a wide selection of souvenirs. The hot spring* making experience is very fun, and you can enjoy freshly steamed hot spring buns from 4pm in limited quantities. There are three large baths on the first and third floors, and they are switched between men and women. At Kutani no Yu, the men's bath is from check-in until 1am, and the women's bath is from 5am to 9:30am the next morning. At Yugen no Yudokoro on the third floor, the women's bath is from check-in until 1am, and the men's bath is from 5am to 9:30am the next morning. At Takimi no Yuya, the women's bath is from check-in until 1am, and the men's bath is from 5am to 9:30am the next morning. In this way, both men and women can enjoy all the baths. There are many open-air baths and large baths, and if you combine the three baths, you can visit 18 baths. I enjoyed all 18 baths 😊 There is also a sauna. With a plan that included a small breakfast, I was able to enjoy toast and a drink at the cafe on the first floor. The toast was thick, fluffy, soft and very delicious. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly. Next time, I would like to stay with my family, with dinner and breakfast included, and try Tensho's proud cuisine.

On the day, there were more than 400 guests staying and a nationwide travel support, so it took a while to check in. However, the front desk staff was very friendly and showed us to our room politely. The room was a large Japanese-style room with a twin bed, which was nice. There were two TVs, which was convenient. There are three types of hot springs, and the outdoor Goemon bath is 100% natural spring water. I went there after checking in, but it was crowded as expected, so I went again after 11:00 and was able to relax. In the lobby, there are drinks, hot springs*, small sweets, potatoes, and other services, as well as chairs and tables for relaxing. I chose the meal upgrade (Tenshozen) plan for the meal and was very satisfied. It was very delicious.

I enjoyed taking a bath. Personally, I especially liked the bath on the third floor. There was also a free massage chair in front of the bathroom on the 3rd floor, which I was grateful to use. It was a standard room, but it was kept clean. The drinks, hot springs*, petit sweets, potatoes, and other services in the lobby were more relaxing than I expected, partly because there were comfortable chairs and tables in the lobby. I didn't put much emphasis on that, but surprisingly, I thought that without those services, my level of satisfaction might have gone down a notch. There were tabi socks in the amenity goods. I liked the nickname of setta for indoor use. The sticker provided so that you don't lose track of the setta you took off at the bathhouse was also convenient. For cooking (Tenshozen), a private room was prepared for my family, so I could do it very slowly without having to eat in the room. Because I chose a standard room, the price was quite reasonable and I thought it was worth it.
