Terrible stay! Luckily, I was only here for one night. The room is extremely small; you can’t even open your luggage. Mineral water is not provided in the room. The toilet is dirty with a lot of stains on the shower tap. The room faces the car park, so you can hear engine sounds and traffic lights as well. Additionally, you can hear the neighbors screaming and chatting. The entrance and lobby are very small and there are no staff members to assist you. Only one elevator is available for entire hotel if you’re hurry or lift not function. Big problem. Overall I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying here.

The location is amazing. It is literally IN TRNMONKAN, across the street is the tram station that will take you to Kagoshima station and other places as well of course. Along the street is the bus station, it’s very very convenient. However, since it’s next to the tram station it can be slightly noisy but if you bring an earplug that should cancel the boise from the train. The room is small but good enough for a solo traveller like me. There’s no staff to attend you. Everything is self service. You check in and check out using the check in machine. It’s very convenient! Instructions are clear and straightforward. Enjoyed my stay here!

The transportation is very convenient. You can take the bus directly to the central station or the airport. Disadvantages: there is only one elevator, and sometimes you have to wait for a while. This time I booked a double room. Although it was small, it was probably big by Japanese standards, as it allowed me to open a large suitcase. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you can walk there without getting wet in the rain. The rest of the room is quite satisfactory, a good choice for a limited budget
