Very convenient to access, isolated supermarket, very convenient location!

There was a lack of explanation at check-in and no code given when entering the room. The family in the other room was also upset. Cleaning is also not thorough.

5mins to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and nearby supermarkets. I was assigned a room on the second floor, but there was no elevator and I had to take the stairs with my luggage to the second floor. The room was large, with a mini kitchen and various tableware. The cleanliness was generally ideal, but there was obvious dust accumulation on the air conditioner. The hotel has sent self-check-in reminders via email in advance, so the process of self-check-in was smooth.

The service level is not up to standard. Although it is a self-service B&B apar**ent, the procedures such as informing the booking guests one week in advance to pay attention to the email address to receive the login password and other procedures should be in place. However, the management failed to fulfill its obligation to inform in advance. It only sent out an email related to the entrance password one day before check-in. However, the guest was already traveling in Japan and it was difficult to receive the email. As a result, he found that he could not enter the door when he checked in. I only saw the email after rummaging through it. The check-in experience was very poor. The assistance and response from Ctrip customers are timely and efficient. What must be criticized is the apar**ent management’s practices and concepts!

Close to JR station, convenient for traveling and shopping. It is relatively spacious for a trip of three, with microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and kitchen facilities, so you can have a quiet rest. It is a good choice!

I stayed for three days and divided it into two reservations. However, I had to check out of the first one and then check in again. The system was a bit rigid. Fortunately, I had a Japanese-speaking partner to communicate with me, otherwise it would be very passive. There is a very famous "Shou'an" near the B&B, and the taste is not bad.

A spacious hotel

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Kagoshima Chuo Station. The location is very good. The room was clean. I was staying with a baby, but I was worried about the hotel if I was crying at night, but it was a one-room room, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without worrying about it! It was very helpful to have a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will repeat again ^ ^

I think it was good that I was able to contact the facility staff regarding issues such as garbage. For reference, some minor points include cleaning of the filters in the various pieces of equipment and loose screws on the chairs. This is difficult for the cleaning staff to do, so I think they need to have a system in place for regular visits by facility staff. Thank you for the affordable stay.
