5mins到鹿兒島中央站及鄰近的超市。獲派了2樓的房間，但是沒有電梯要拿着行李走樓梯到2樓，房間很大，有迷你小廚房以及各種餐具，清潔狀況大致理想，但是冷氣機能看到明顯的積塵。酒店有提前email寄出自助check in提示，所以在辦理自助check in時流程很暢順。

服務水平不到位，雖然是自助式的民宿公寓，但提前一週告知預訂住客關注郵箱領取入户密碼等手續是應該做到位的。然而管理方卻沒有履行預先告知義務，在入住前一天才剛發出跟入户密碼有關的郵件，而住客此時已在日本遊玩難以接受郵件，導致入住時發現進不了門。一通翻找才看到郵件，辦入住體驗很差。攜程客户的協助和反應都是及時和高效，必須批評的是公寓管理方的做法和理念！

離JR車站近，出行購物方便。三人出遊入住比較寬敞，有微波爐，洗衣機，冰箱和廚房設施，安靜休息，不錯的選擇噢！

住三天分了2個訂單，但是前面一個要退房，然後再辦理入住，系統實在有點死板，幸好有會日語的夥伴自己溝通，不然真的會很被動。離民宿有個很有名的“壽庵”，味道還不錯

鹿児島中央駅から徒歩10分かからずで、着きます。立地はとても良いです。お部屋も綺麗でした。赤ちゃん居ての宿泊だったんですが、夜泣きだとホテル気になりますが、ワンルームの部屋だったので気にせず快適に過ごせました！お部屋に、洗濯機や冷蔵庫、電子レンジあって助かりました。またリピートします^ ^

ゴミ等の問題で施設の担当者と連絡が取り合えたので良かったと思います。
参考までに細かい点をあげると
各備え付け機器のフィルター関係の清掃、椅子のネジの緩み等があります。清掃の方では難しいので設備員を定期的に訪問する体制が必要と思います。
