The hotel did not provide check-in information before checking in. We were not able to check in to the lobby immediately when we checked in. We stood outside the hotel for an hour before entering, and then were unable to check in normally. The room password was wrong, which wasted a lot of time. All the itineraries for that evening were included. Cancellation. We have elderly people and children with limited physical strength, which makes them work hard. I am very disappointed with the hotel.
It would be more convenient and environmentally friendly if the hotel provided kitchen rags instead of toilet paper.

They didn't send me the information I needed to check in, and I couldn't get through on the phone. Even when I did get through, there was not even a word of apology.
There were signs of smoking. They said the cleaning company had confirmed this. If that's the case, why didn't they just change the room or reflect this in the price from the start?
