There was someone who picked us up from the parking lot and brought us to the hotel, and someone who also delivered our luggage to the room. The staff were very polite, and a colleague who spoke Mandarin and Cantonese was assigned to serve us. The staff members were very hospitable. Check in was fast and Jeffrey gave us detailed explanation of the facilities of the hotel. He also greeted us every time he met us in the lobby.
While the renovation in the room is old fashioned, it is kept clean. We were very lucky that we had good view of Sakurajima during our two days stay.
Breakfast in the lobby cafe and dinner in the Japanese restaurant were good.
