Good hotel service and facilities as well. Front Desk customer service provide excellent service. Speaks good English and very helpful. Free flow of welcome drink vending machine at your own convenience. Highly recommended.

The room is more spacious than an average business hotel, well-equipped and very clean. The location is very convenient in the city center. You can reach the Planetarium Pedestrian Street in a few minutes' walk. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The lobby is on the second floor. There is a free drink supply all day long. There is also a large bathhouse and paid parking lot. It is highly recommended.

Near Tenmonkan. Twin room with a glimpse of Hotel Sakurajima. The rooms were clean and the carbonated hot springs in the large public bath were nice. However, the Wi-Fi in the room was very weak so it was uncomfortable.

The breakfast is sumptuous, including black meat simmered for 1 minute. It is located on the 13th floor, facing the Sakurajima volcano.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the planetarium. It is a relatively trendy hotel. There are check-in machines, but there are staff to assist you, and there are free drink machines available. The room is small but has a large bath. The breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. It also serves Kagoshima black pig hot pot. For those who drive themselves, there is a paid three-dimensional parking lot next to the hotel, which is quite convenient.

Overall, it is good. The main problem is that the curtains have poor light-blocking properties. The sun will wake you up in the morning.

到着時綺麗なホテルでとても良いイメージでした。チェックインもスムーズでスタッフの方の接客も良かったです。部屋に入ると気になった事ですが綺麗な部屋なのに壁の所々に気になるしみがあり、冷蔵庫の上や空気清浄機などに埃がたまっていて清掃をもっと丁寧に出来ればよいと思います。
