Location is excellent property it’s old needs renovation in bathroom and kitchen (but they had a sign that they are in process of renovation)
Staff is very nice

Amazing experience. I’m in love with the size of the apartment, the huge windows, and the balcony. It’s so nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There’s beautiful nature around.
However, it was uncomfortable to move our sleeping baby to the golf cart and then to the room instead of moving him directly to the room from our car. Also, I wish they had renovated the bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.

Nice place. Some suites under much needed kitchen and bathroom renovation. Rest of suite very big and comfortable. Had a problem with ants in the kitchen. Pool needed some repairs but functional and clean.

Although this property’s grounds are beautiful, the units are very much in need off updating. Our kitchen was small (a one person at a time small) and cupboards had loose doors with bleached out wood. We came from another RCI property so we had refrigerated items. They were gracious enough to hold our refrigerator foods in their staff refrigerator until our room was ready. We had a bunch of garbage once we moved in (from the move, etc.) that we were told to take to the dumpster-that we never found. The worst problem were the bugs! Lots of bugs in the kitchen even after spraying twice! No we had no food on the counters! Bugs were in the bathrooms also but some were dead. Our last week of vacation was miserable. We will never go back to this property!

The resort was beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked a six night stay and we had the best unit while it’s away from the pool area. It’s OK. It was closer to the parking lot. We loved our two bedroom. Villa was spacious. We are a family of four so all of us have our own space Beds are so comfortable. We have everything we need. We just have to buy groceries. The toiletries were adequate towels the linens everything was perfect. We will definitely go back and stay again.

Was very happy with the staff, price and convience of the location. Could have used some help with replacing dirty towels and removing garbage but was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
