Pullman Kaifeng Jianye

The hotel is beautiful and located right in the Wetland Park! It's super close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden! I especially want to commend the shuttle bus drivers; they are really dedicated and work tirelessly going back and forth! I do have one suggestion: the hotel air conditioning is centrally controlled. You should adjust the temperature promptly according to the season and weather!

Coming from Luoyang, we had a great experience at our hotel there, primarily due to excellent service. This hotel, despite also being a five-star, fell a bit short on service. No one explained how to arrange the shuttle service, nor did they provide any information about nearby attractions, which made the experience rather ordinary (unlike our hotel in Luoyang which did). Room 2312 had a strange, paint-like odor, and it wouldn't cost much to add an air purifier. The bathroom didn't have a smart toilet. I also developed a skin allergy after returning home, possibly due to the bedsheets or the paint smell. In the breakfast hall, only two servers seemed overwhelmed, and the breakfast selection was just average, lacking any local specialties. The hotel's service definitely needs improvement.

I usually leave good reviews, but as Kaifeng's top hotel, the service is just average, and the environment is passable. It feels like they don't have to try too hard because they're never short of business.

The hotel facilities are standard for a star-rated hotel, but the service completely exceeded my expectations. It's truly among the best service I've experienced in all the five-star hotels I've stayed at in China. The front desk staff and shuttle bus drivers were all enthusiastic and polite, patiently answering our questions and eagerly recommending fun activities and good food. If there's any room for improvement, it would be if the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hallways could proactively greet guests instead of looking down and avoiding eye contact. 😊

This hotel is located right inside the Wetland Park, which is a huge park. The surroundings and location are excellent. Across from the hotel is the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and they even offer shuttle buggies. The service is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was clean and the environment was beautiful. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and both Qingming Shanghe Garden and Wansui Mountain are within walking distance. The staff were very helpful; they readily agreed to my request for a 30-minute late check-out due to my high-speed train schedule. The afternoon tea was also excellent. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Kaifeng.

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, "You can search for a hospital yourself," "Call a taxi yourself," and "We don't know." While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

Facilities: Great. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's biggest highlight is its serene environment, surrounded by greenery. Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic and provide thoughtful service. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain Wuxia City, and there's a shuttle bus service, which is super convenient.
