Kaikoura Hotels with Swimming Pools

The receptionists that checked us in were great. They were friendly and courteous. The night receptionist, Amit, however, was indifferent to customer service. When I asked him how and where to dispose off some trash from my takeout dinner, he guided me to an outdoor dumpster while it was raining!!!! He was on a cellphone talking to some friends while walking me to the dumpster. I filed a complaint and the manager of the hotel did call me back to apologize personally.

There is a park for children to play, and the space is very spacious.  The toilet and kitchen are open and very clean. There are also washing machines and dryers. Go to see the whale meeting place for 8 minutes. Affordable and very satisfied.

The hotel is close to the town, easy to find. The room is very spacious and equipped with electric heating. The hotel is a bit far away from the supermarket, you need to drive to buy food, about ten minutes. Parking is free. Recommended!
