Service was excellent, especially I want to mentioned “Michelle” who was super helpful with all my questions and needs. As for the facilities, they need to fix their gym equipment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk team was extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. We also loved the cute robot that delivered our supper — it was efficient, fun, and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended. a very pleasant stay,

The room was very spacious, tidy and had good view from large windows. Room for improvement would be that there are insects in the toilet area. Overall good stay, though slightly more pricey than other hotels.

The location is quite good since it is close to the restaurant famous for Kaiping goose. however, the room has no fridge which makes it a little bit worse than the other choices,but overall the room is clean and the view is nice.

Over all this hotel is very good. Room is very. Clean . Breafast is very nice with lot of choices.

Very big and luxurious room with modern gadgets. The aircon wasn't working and they could not fix it but I have to credit the lady at reception for arranging another room and doing it very well.
