I stayed in deluxe queen room. Very small. A triangle desk. No space for two adults’ turns around. The swimming pool is not maintained and the water is murky. Spa out of order. Restaurant with chef on leave. I don’t recommend this accommodation.

Got there and we were told we have the room upstairs. First problem is, we dont have any parking. So, we carry our bags upstairs. We are excited but, the minute you entered the room, you want to run back to your car.. the smell is awful, its like someone had vomited in there. Inspect the room and here is a few things we found not acceptable. Sheets doesn’t look like its been change since the last occupant. The chairs has stain on it. The kitchen is dirty. Its dusty, towel oh you dont want to touch it. Actually i dont want to touch everything in there. We talk to the lady there and she refunded. We left as fast as we can. 😁 Hopefully they will do something about it soon.

Very, very disappointing staying there again. I travel to Kaitaia for business and I have tolerated staying there because there are not too many options. This time is my last. The unit they put me in the bathroom window did not close because one of the latches was broken and there was a rather large cobweb you think someone would notice and clean. I put the extra towels around to keep the draft out. The units are tired and need an upgrade, they have been like that for many years. The staff were great, very friendly and the food was very good and well presented.
