I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Success Hotel @ Reko Central, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. The level of service and overall quality fell far below my expectations. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend this hotel to anyone: Unhelpful and Inattentive Staff: The hotel staff were consistently unresponsive and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. They appeared overwhelmed and disorganized, making it difficult to get any help or information. Simple requests took an eternity to fulfil if they were addressed at all. Poor Housekeeping: The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Upon entering, I noticed stains on the carpet, dusty surfaces, and an overall lack of attention to detail. The towels and linens also seemed worn and past their prime. It was evident that housekeeping was not a priority for this hotel. Inadequate Facilities: The hotel advertised various amenities that were either not functioning or poorly maintained. The fitness centre had broken equipment, the pool was dirty and poorly maintained, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. It was evident that the hotel did not invest in maintaining its facilities. Noise Issues: The lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I could hear conversations and footsteps from neighbouring rooms, as well as noise from the hallway and outside. It was evident that the hotel did not prioritize providing a peaceful and quiet environment for its guests. Overall, my experience at Success Hotel @ Reko Central was extremely disappointing. From the unhelpful staff to the poor cleanliness and lacklustre facilities, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend looking for alternative accommodations that prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort.
