first, sorry because the picture doesn't work. forgot to snap the stay over time that day. I booked another room, but the room I booked was not available. until the receptionist said that the room I paid for was full. have to change to another room and add rm20. even though it's not my fault. at that time I was really angry but it's ok. just pay rm20. the toilet swears that I want to poop. Anyone who is claustrophobic better not go to this hotel for me. but the overalls are ok because there is KK under the hotel. so if you're hungry, you can go downstairs and buy anything to eat. thank you

I book the room within few hours before check in at midnight. The reception was really helpful & help me to obtain lowest room available. The room was nice & comfortable for working trip.

The condition of the room is very deplorable. The floor is full of dust. The bathroom is very dirty.
At 3 am there was a wet bed because the air conditioner started dripping water but was not turned on. No maintenance may be performed.
