The following scope for improvement. 1. Access door control works once in 3 times 2. Study light at the head board not working 3. Tap in toilet shaking. 4. Newspaper provided only on request 6. Only hindi speaking staff in the restaurant 7. Staff don't repeat guest requests 8. Executive not wearing a tie. Please visit hotel subbiah ( restaurant) to learn about hospitality only.

Stay is good. Regarding sub staff they need to be trained. It's very pity keeping such un trained persons in this hotel
