It’s in the mid 70s and the hotel has NO air conditioning! They said they still have the heat on 🤦🏻♀️. It is brutally hot in the entire hotel, especially our room!

Hotel is tired and outdated. Needs maintenence as chipped walls, frayed carpets, bad paint job. Stick in the 90's. Breakfast is fair but nothing to remember.

Elite has been my second home and like family when I visit Kalamata Greece for over 20 years. It is very clean, the food is great and the staff from the reception, to waiters, to housekeeping and valet are so caring and friendly that they all go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The beach is walking distance and the hotel is near everything. Big plus is that the hotel is pet friendly and that says alot about the people, the culture and the hotel management! Excellent customer service
I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly.
The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.

The Elite is home to me and my family. We have been staying there for years. Pros: -Super clean hotel -Amazing housekeepers who are thorough and super polite. The ladies will go above and beyond for you. -The front desk staff are great and make you feel like family. Cons: -No Gluten free options at the beach bar or at breakfast other than eggs and salad. This was a huge disappointment. -The umbrella situation at the beach could be better. The guests at the hotel aren’t given priority which is disappointing. In addition, the hotel has overcrowded the beach with way too many umbrellas.
