朋友來內蒙古玩，我給我朋友訂的房間，晚上前台説沒找到這個預訂，盡然無法入住。給人家人大街上。怎麼回事，過了好久朋友才告訴我。攜程還是錦山賓館的問題？趕緊聯繫我給我道歉退款。這個評分我是根據以前我的入駐經驗給的，算是很客觀了😠

屬於縣城政府附近比較體面的賓館，房間裏擺放着喀喇沁旗當地政府的推介宣傳手冊，但房間設施太老舊了。室內温度衹有18℃，中央空調還沒有空調暖風，晚上睡覺冷，酒店説蓋羽絨被就行？？？我認為不值得這個價格，住普通一點的賓館好歹還有空調暖風能開，推薦裏所説的縣城最好的賓館竟然還吝嗇空調的使用，真的給縣城裡滿大街正在宣傳的創建優秀旅遊目的地的行動拖後腿了，期待改善！房間方面，有迎賓樓和貴賓樓，但即使是好一點貴賓樓房間也稍微有些小。停車有獨立的院子，空間比較大。

設施，衞生環境還行，設施有些老舊了。服務很差，要收房卡按金，我拒絕了，因為本身就是網上訂的信用住，後態度很強硬的要求前台給攜程電話詢問收按金是否合規，前台馬上轉態度説不收也行。但還是嘟囔了一句什麼，沒聽清。
