Отдыхали здесь уже два раза и обязательно вернемся в третий. Отель безупречен во всем: просторные, комфортные, продуманные до мелочей номера, приветливый и идущий навстречу персонал, атмосфера уюта, прекрасный лобби-бар и ресторан при отеле (все, что заказывали, было вкусно). Отдельно хочу отметить месторасположение отеля в самом сердце города - до острова Канта десять минут пешком по набережной. Теперь Holiday Inn для нас - синоним качества и комфорта, и все другие отели невольно сравниваем с этим.

Отличный отель, все понравилось. Убирают очень хорошо, в номере есть все необходимое, завтраки достойные, персонал доброжелательный, в отеле есть хороший ресторан, где можно очень вкусно поужинать. Расположен удачно, близко к рыбной деревне и острову Канта, к прогулочным катерам

Очень душевный уютный отель! Внимательный персонал. Расположение отличное - всё рядом, вид из окна красивый. В паре шагов от отеля находится вкусный, рыбный ресторанчик! Номера - чистые, удобные, уютные. Завтраки неплохие, всего достаточно. В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся в это уютное место!

Останавливались здесь во время нашего июньского трипа по Калининградской области. Место выбирали чтобы было удобно вечером прогуляться и добираться до соседних городов, ну и конечно сервис. Номер чистый, все нужное присутствует. Персонал клиентоориентированный о очень вежливый. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, остались очень довольны.

Мы провели здесь чудесные 4 дня и хотим поблагодарить команду отеля за идеальную чистоту номера и меню подушек, за вкусные завтраки и яичницу, которую нам лично готовил повар в зале. За фотогеничный интерьер всего отеля и особенно шикарного номера 704 с панорамными окнами.
