The staff from morning to night shifts were very helpful and accommodating. The afternoon fresh warm cookies were delicious!

The staffs are accomodating and welcoming. The service is awesome and had no problem with check ins and check outs. Breakfast is good for the price.

The room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was not a good experience because the hotel didn’t receive their order of plates and rather than running out to get some, the only option was small paper bowls. Also the very cheap, flimsy flatware makes the entire experience seem cheap!

The Hotel itself was average. Trucks constantly running outside our window along with people smoking right outside our window. First morning we went down for breakfast my wife accidentally spilled a bowl of milk and cereal on the office chair in the hallway. We asked to front desk people for something so we could clean it up and they kind of just gave us passive aggressive attitude. “Take your cups off the desk from beside the computer”. Weren’t our cups….. Michelle ( the lady who checked us in and was there the second night, was very very nice as well as Earl. I think Earl is the cook and he also was the one to come out and clean up after us after the spilt bowl. He was super nice as well. Morning front desk staff need work. They could learn some thinks about customer service from Michelle and Earl.

Exhaust all other options before choosing to stay here. I know you can do much better. This is a true last choice place to stay. Definitely needs work and a good remodel !!
