Excellent location overlooking the beach/sea. Infinity pool was great. Breakfast very good. Staff are excellent, polite & friendly. New coffee bar this year which is a great addition.

Wonderful family welcome from the owners , immaculate apar**ent with all the attributes to stay comfortably for a couple of weeks in Kalkan. Very central perfect for all the Restraunt’s and shopping, no need to walk up the steep hill as it’s overlooking the harbour , yet peaceful at night . Can’t wait to book again!

Nice little hotel in the marina. Clean and well run. Unfortunately the pictures are very misleading. The hotel is not directly on the sea, but between the hotel and the sea there is a playground and a parking lot, as well as a restaurant. The night we stayed there, unfortunately there was no peace and quiet. It's a real shame.

We spent four nights at this fine hotel. We were assigned to the room Melissa which has a garden view. Initially we were disappointed not to have a sea view, but came to appreciate our lodging as being quiet with a porch overlooking the stream (dry) and trees. Those who reconstructed this old house into its present intriguing format deserve commendation, with its several levels for breakfast, bar and dining. The small pool is no substitute for a dip in the sea just below, but beware you need an exit strategy for climbing out of the water onto the pebbly beach. For easier swimming in deep water take a free boat to one of the beach clubs around the bay eg Mahal. The hotel is well located close to the restaurants along the beach front, no need to climb steep hills! The outstanding features of this place include excellent and friendly service from all staff plus a sumptuous breakfast. We also had evening meals of good quality served next to the bar. The staff kindly made arrangements for boat trips and our return trip to Dalaman airport.

Just returned from a week here with friends. Please note the hotel Is definitely in Kalkan NOT Kas. We were in Peony- nice and spacious with sea view. Friends in Melissa - very spacious with sitting area, large balcony but no sea view. Great location and small but adequate pool/sunbathing area (not overly busy even though hotel fully occupied). Price good but appears there is a significant price hike for next year. Not really sure I would want to pay such an increase and was the sole reason we made a change from our previous hotel. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast very good - significantly better than Asfiya Sea View where we have stayed previously. A nice find but a shame it may only be for one visit.

We stayed three nights at Pier House in a stunning room with huge glass fronted doors/windows giving fabulous panoramic views overlooking the bay. We could not have got a better view of Kalkan had we tried. The owners and staff were all just wonderful, extremely attentive, polite, accommodating and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was included and was amazing. We also had a lovely club sandwich and a glass of wine watching the sunset next to the pool one evening which was delicious. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone (unless you can't manage steps).

We stayed for 14 nights in one of the smaller rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea, air-con, and a very small wall-mounted minibar. The en-suite was also smallish but had an excellent shower. Wifi worked throughout the hotel. We were attracted to the hotel’s location and not disappointed. On the edge of the town, so relatively quiet, but very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a pool next to the bar and sun-lounge area. Although small, the area was under-used during our stay and we had the smallish pool to ourselves most of the time. Breakfasts were Turkish, with fresh produce and eggs cooked in any way you wish. Although the hotel does not run a restaurant, it does have an all-day lunch menu and there is a pleasant coffee shop on the ground floor. The hotel has a very friendly a**osphere with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. It is immaculately clean and efficiently run. All things considered, especially the location, it is probably the most attractive hotel in Kalkan in our opinion. Will happily return.

Lovely stay. Next time I would get a bigger room, we had a smaller one as it was the only one left. Staff were great very friendly. Breakfast was god. Location was perfect.
