The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to attractions like the Parthenon and Syntagma Square. The hotel service is superb, the restaurant food is delicious, and the gym and swimming pool are great.

The worst Hyatt I have stayed at. Broken sofa, and at night half of the ceiling ***** light started flashing. We called reception took them 1 hour to come up and have a look. Couldn’t do anything for us, had to turn off the switch for the night, meaning the room was dark. Also, when we checked in, took 500 euros as deposit, when I complained they said it was a mistake. Overall very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Service to foreigners and locals is very different. Please avoid.

Very bad experience. We had higher expectations from the Hyatt group, but it was awful. The hotel could not provide basic services:
1. We booked a king bed room, but were given a twin room instead.
2. There was no proper water supply for two days (including issues with shower and hot water).
3. At breakfast, the coffee machine was not working, so no espresso was available. When we asked for a refill, the staff refused even though there were still 30 minutes left before closing.
4. The toilet sink was not working properly.
Additionally, the manager asked me to send an email regarding compensation, but never replied. I paid for three nights for nothing.
I do not recommend this hotel. I will share a video of the room on my public channel to help others make a better decision.
However, thanks to Trip.com for their support.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast is absolutely top-notch, offering a wide variety of options including many desserts. I'll definitely make the most of my stay next time!

The facilities are a bit old, and the cleaning was a bit perfunctory. However, the breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options. From the 8th and 9th floor restaurants, you can catch a glimpse of the Acropolis in the distance, as well as the Aegean Sea.

This is the worst hotel of this grade I’ve ever stayed at! The staff is not friendly, the floor in the room have stains, and the worst part is one of the five night I’ve stayed here there’s a blackout and no water supply in the middle of the night! I was sick (caught a flu), and I have to wake up so often to turn the aircon back as the blackout was intermittent. The phone line won’t even work when theres no electricity! How dangerous it is - isn’t this a risk? Just imahine if there’s some other threats. I felt worried at some point (around 2am in the morning) so I went don’t to the front desk to ask what’s happening. The staff said a pipe burst and it affects the electricity. There’s some other worried guests at the hall seeking help and explanation. I waited for approximately half an hour, feeling extremely exhausted, I went back to my room to catch some sleep. The electricity was restored at the time I return to my room. The next day I called the front desk to express my utter disappointment on the incident but the staff just explain that the incident was caused by an update of software by the utilities company. She didn’t even offer an apology and her attitude was quite rude. Although in the end she didn’t even offer offer an apology after I’ve insisted, but it has already tarnished the trust and good will.

The front desk service was exceptionally good! I really felt the warmth and relaxed vibe of the Greek people. I arrived at midnight, and a gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a very friendly smile. He carefully explained that the food on the 8th and 9th floors of the restaurant was exactly the same, but the 9th floor offered better views! He also mentioned the gym was on B1 and breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which was very thoughtful. My friend sent me a bouquet of flowers, and he even helped deliver a vase to my room – so considerate! When I got to the room, it was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! Waking up in the morning, the biggest surprise was the incredible view from the rooftop restaurant and pool!!! Absolutely worth it! The ultimate scenery! Breathtaking! Breakfast was plentiful! Very satisfied, enjoying breakfast with such a beautiful view. The restaurant has three sides of floor-to-ceiling windows and a large terrace with views from all three directions! This was simply amazing! Some of the facilities in the room were a bit old, which didn't affect the stay itself but did impact the overall experience, especially the towels! They were too old, which was a bit hard to accept, but everything else was fine. The hotel's location is excellent. Taxis to places like the Acropolis, museums, or generally the city center were all around 6 euros. Very convenient. After a 5-day stay, it was still very good! I saw stunning sunsets from different spots in the city! One from Mount Lycabettus, one from a temple, one from the Grand Hyatt, and one from the Panathenaic Stadium! Athens in June is beautiful! Although the city feels a bit run-down, it doesn't detract from the happy and relaxed atmosphere of the people 😌

The restaurant manager was very accommodating. However, this hotel is in need of remodeling badly. Their rooms and hallways are in a bad shape.
