Very nice staff, helpful and friendly at any time. We`ve been there probably 14 times without no dissapointment whatsoever. Fabolous view if you live in a room facing the harbour. It is located a couple of minutes walk from the center of Kalmar. A loveley small town with nice people. Two thumbs up!

Nice location and easy walk from the railway station and return to the inner city with its attractions. Super that breakfast, afternoon coffee and evening buffet were in the price.

Fine værelser og god service. Morgenmad og det såkaldte lette måltid om aftenen, var overraskende godt, og så var der også kage ved 15 tiden. Afslutningsvis skal hotellet roses for at de absolut lever op til, at det er kæledyrsvenligt.

I can’t stress enough how poor value this place is. By now, I think I’ve stayed in every imaginable room category (except the claustrophonic ”moderate”) and they all disappoint. The room - this time a newly renovated standard room - was ultra cramped, uncomfortable, freezing, and had a bathroom lacking any sort of functioning lighting. As usual, no AC, so you wouldn’t want to stay here during the summer. The breakfast was a mess, so we dined elsewhere. I can’t wrap my head around that this place gets high remarks from other travellers. I would rate it similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6, if not worse. They’re lucky that Kalmar lacks any sort of acceptable hotel. The only reason I give two stars is that the TV had pretty good streaming options and that the double bed was an actual double bed (although with two comforters instead of one).

Vi bokade tidigt 2 rum med våra kompisar och fick 10 rum ifrån varandra vilket vi tyckte var konstigt därför v brukar alltid träffas mycket på våra rum och har trevligt..
Kvällsbuffen var helt fantastisk och vänlig personal.
