Very satisfied! love it! Everything about the hotel is impressive! If you come to Cyprus, you must experience this paradise in the mountains, it is totally worth it!

The Troodos Mountains and the villages in them are among the most beautiful parts of Cyprus. Unfortunately many of these villages are losing their populations as the younger people flock to the cities or go to Greece. The one exception is Kalopanagiotis and the primary reason is the Casale Panayiotis. The owner is a local boy made good who returned to Kalopanagiotis with a determination to save his village. He purchased a number of older buildings in the village and totally upgraded them. He put in a funicular specifically so hotel guests could get to the heart of the village where the hotel is located. Add in some restaurants, bars, swimming pool and spa and you've got a place to stay unlike any other in Cyprus. The views are stupendous and there are many local attractions within walking distance. What really impressed is how modern the interiors are without destroying their architectural integrity. There are also many types of rooms spead over a wide part of the old village centre. The food and wine are exceptional and in line with the quality of this place. Cyprus has many great beach resorts, but for something completely different and relaxing the Casal Panayiotis has them beat in my opinion.

Fabulous spa retreat! Perfect for a relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay where we will also bring more friends!

The hotel lacks up keep. Cleanliness and maintenane need significant improvement, we expected better especially for an award winning hotel.
As for the food it was good overall, however, we noticed that desserts such as cakes were very dry.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s a lovely hotel and beautiful setting. It’s quaint and quiet.
I did feel short changed on some things, we booked to have massages and had to pay to use the spa facilities which I think is unreasonable. We were also due an upgrade with our ******* arrangement and they “upgraded us to a room closer to the vicinity”, this to me isn’t a room upgrade, I would understand if they were busy but they were not. They also put us in a room next door to a noisy family, appreciate that they do not know how noisy people will be. But a couple are best placed away from families where children are likely to cause disturbance.
These issues aside, a nice place.

Κυριακή πρωι γύρω στις 11:00.Επισκεφτηκαμε το εστιατόριο με τον σύζυγο μου και το μωρακι μας. Εξω δεν μπορούσαμε να καθίσουμε εκει που μας υπέδειξαν γιατί άναψαν φωτιά και είχε πολλούς καπνούς ,στο εσωτερικό του εστιατορίου δεν μπορούσαμε να καθίσουμε, στην σκεπασμένη βεράντα δεν μπορούσαμε να καθίσουμε μας είπαν.Τελικα μας υπέδειξαν να καθίσουμε έξω στην πίσω βεραντουλα. Περιμέναμε να παραγγείλουμε και οταν επιτέλους ηρθε κάποιος παραγγείλαμε γαλα ζεστό του μωρου και δυο ζεστές σοκολάτες.Μας ηρθαν δυο παγωμένες σοκολάτες χωρίς ένα χαρτομάντιλο χωρίς νερό ούτε το δικό του μωρού μας δεν ήρθε..Περιμέναμε να ρθει το γκαρσόνι και οταν επιτέλους ηρθε και του είπαμε ότι ειναι παγωμένες και όχι ζεστές όπως παραγγείλαμε μας ειπε ότι δεν ειναι αυτός που τις έφτιαξε .Θελαμε να μείνουμε για φαγητό και μας ειπαν δεν μπορούσαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Λυπάμαι γιατι ειναι η δεύτερη φορα που συμβαινει. Ειναι τόσο ωραια τοποθεσία και δεν καταφέραμε να δοκιμάσουμε το φαγητο και να ευχαριστηθούμε την επίσκεψη μας. Τελικα μηπως δεν θέλουν να δουλεύουν με κόσμο που έρχεται απο εξω και μόνο με ενοίκους; Η μήπως χρειάζεται περισσότερη δουλεια απο τον υπεύθυνο του εστιατορίου για την ομάδα του; Σας ευχαριστω

Upon arrival was met with friendly staff. The room was very cosy with a log fire if needed. Bed very comfortable and nice pillows. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Our rooms were located near main reception and restaurants so not far to walk,as I don’t think I would have liked to be up higher to many steps. Would we go back yes definitely.

Brilliant location and the perfect place to get away from all the worlds problems, staff are absolutely brilliant, Christos who help us move in and out of our room wall incredible and a Crédit to the hotel. Our stay was short but we will definitely go back. A bit of a trek getting there but well worth it
