Terrible experience at Bar. We are regular guests at bar. Food is not at all upto the mark. Still we had ordered ****tta which was half cooked. When we complaint about the same, the ***ager informed that will replace the same. same has denied by us being too late. Still he charged the same and given the bills . Being we are paying around 30K, never mind to pay around INR 50. But when we denied, ***ager mentioned bills has been printed and couldn't able to remove the amount. never satisfied being a regular guests.

Best hotel in wayanad mouth watering food and really good hospitality service and the rooms were really good I had stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the scenery of this hotel and mainly the location of this hotel. The receptionist the GGM GM the chef had done a beautiful job in this hotel

Restaurant experience her was very poor; one order arrived and even though we sat and waited for second order , staff were too busy on their phones and chatting to even notice anything was amiss and we were the only patrons. That should have been a clue eh? second order finally arrived, reheated! Overall food was very poor, lots of things on menu not available, and not prepared with any care. Can’t recommend . We went upstairs to the executive bar and ordered two beers. Place very quiet, dark with dark blue lighting and the tv on. Two drinks cost R 1500! Outrageous. The nibbles served with the drinks were good.

We booked 12 rooms for 2 days.. Over all experience is good.. Pros Good Location Good Rooms in the new block Cons Complimentary Breakfast Starts at 8.30 AM which is unacceptable for a tourist location No adequate food for guest - only 2 main dishes (Dosha/Idly, Poor/Upma) and bread,Jam one fruit.. Tea and Juice.. and the food was not even delivered as per the de***d. Waited almost 10 minutes for the main dish item and then ended up with bread and Jam Key Card system is terrific. Every time the mechanic has to come and open the door No proper room service also

Rooms are average. Not upto the standard of a 4 star hotel. Pool is available just for a sake. Food js good but the menu and staff attitude is poor. Spread very little when compared to 3 star hotels. Asked for a fried egg, but got a rude reply that only boiled is available. Even a 3 star hotel entertains special food requets even in a buffet breakfast. Location is good. Overall 2/5 points. Not worth the money spent.

Awesome, its a four star hote in the middle of kalpetta l the staff was very helpful and courteous. There was enough space to park our car. The rooms are very well maintained.all local attractions are about 30 minutes to an hour

A really beautiful hotel, food was awesome the rooms were nice and the room service was also good and the the spa was so relaxing, had nice facilities and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, enjoyed it!
