Great experience, nice people helpful in varied aspects of touring. Room equipped with coffee and tea machine too Scene seen from the resort is given attached Kalapeta is nearby with good hotels including Affas vegetation hotel too.

Location 5* - Breathtaking views from all the rooms (3 kms from the main town. located on a hill so reaching the last 400m is a steep but resort staffs are so helpful to send vehicles down to pick you) Rooms 4.5*- Rooms are basic but neat and clean with all the basic facilities so no issues with the rooms Service 5** - Such a helpful, caring and professional staff. Special Thanks to ***ager- Mr. Thomas for the hospitality. He really took care of everyone and everything. This place is definitely recommended to everyone.

Woodrose resort was one of my favourite resorts amongst the properties i had checked in recently.They have great cottages with very neat and clean facilities and an amazing view from the balcony overlooking Chembra peak.In addition to that there is a clean swimming pool , gymnasium with ***y equipments , a table tennis table and an outdoor badminton court.The staff were very courteous and friendly and i recommend this property to any traveller who is looking for a memorable stay in Wayanad

A cozy homely resort. Family and couple friendly. Safe and sound compound. Moderate but adequate and comfortable facilities. Pleasant staff. Superb hospitality. Fresh and yummy food. Best place to unwind and enjoy. If you are visiting Wayanad, this is a convenient location to stay.

Alright... Here's the descript review on Woodrose Resort, Wayanad.. Location : This resort is 250 meters uphill from the main lane.. This is in place "Kalpetta" in wayanad... As you reach the Resort, woodrose team will be there to welcome you.. A warm welcome I must say.. 😀 Resort : This resort has total 8 cottages, 5 regular cottages, 1 premium cottage, 1 duplex cottage and 1 pine wood cottage... they also have swimming pool, gym, kids play, swings, badminton and table tennis courts, spa (for Ayurvedic Massage), coffee plantation for about 1/2 acre for walk and ofcourse canteen to take breakfast.. Woodrose Team uses battery car n EV bike (very eco friendly) for all internal movement.. however place is actually very good to ***ually walk so that you can enjoy the beauty of resort and nature.. Pine cottage is a double bedroom type cottage rest all are single bedroom with bathroom attached cottages.. Viewpoint : Every room gets beautiful natural view... In kalpetta Waynad, day starts super early and ends too quite early, somewhere around 5ish in evening (maybe depends of which Month you are visiting, we went in December month)... you only see dark beauty usually post sunset but daytime gives you numerous views on nature and resorts beautiful viewpoints.. we took premium wooden cottage and the view from our entrance and balcony was just amazing, just beyond words👏 👌.. in these cottages, there are Glass windows which are The beauty to these cottages for the viewpoint.. People : There's a team of 7-8 running the daily show of Woodrose Resorts... To start with, Mr. Thomas.. he's the *** of the resort... I can bet, he's a one *** Army.. very generous, down to earth, approachable and kind hearted ❤ ... then his army includes - Ali - very sweet guy, total gem of a person, Akhil - very tender heart guy, Sappien - nice person, Prabhakar - very caring, specially towards kids, Shiva (the Cook) - awesome cook and very caring towards Dogs and kids.. Srilaal - nice guy.. more 1-2 helpers but I don't know their names.. all these boys are of a great help for anything.. they make your stay so comfortable and cozy that you regret of having small visits here.. probably I'll plan longer stay next time.. these people won our heart and am sure they do the same to all of their customers... they are heartfelt and heartmelt guys... Ask them anything and they will make it happen for you... we celebrated our wedding anniversary here and they made our day very special... ❤ 💙 💜 💖 💗 they are available from morning 7 till night 10, they are here to serve you right with huge smile on their faces 😀.. the responsiveness from team is very positive.. any extra accommodations are accepted with or without extra payment depending on your de***d 😀 Cost : Prices of each room varies with every season and ofcourse de***d-Supply basis and these cannot be shared here definately however Mr. Thomas is very kind-hearted and generous enough to charge you right and give discounts appro

We stayed at woodrose wayanad for two days with family and enjoyed our stay. All cottages having great view, overlooking the mountains, clean rooms and toilets, and above all great service. Thomas and team takes care of each and every need, they goes over and beyond their normal schedule to accommodate the interests of the guests. I was not feeling well and Thomas arranged for a doctor visit, charged less for additional day's stay, did not even charge for the additional coffee, tea, lime juice and snacks that we ordered for two days ! There is a cycle track for kids, a small but clean swimming pool, club house with gym, table tennis, badminton court etc. Overall a great place to stay in Wayanad with reasonable rate. We would definitely visit again..
