Dit is een mooi tophotel op unieke locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Service hoog niveau. Halfpension zeer goed. Ook ruime kamers en proper. De outdoorpool is lekker warm en je hebt adembenemend uitzicht. Ook indoor en welness zeer mooi. Hier kom je tot rust.

Freundliches Personal - von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant (allen voran Thomas)! Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Ein liebevoller Umgang mit Kindern, der nicht einmal in Kinderhotels immer so gepflegt wird. Ein traumhaftes Salatbuffet, wirklich frisch zubereitet, ein Menü, mit Alternativen, bei denen jeder etwas findet (auch Allergiker und Veganer). Jeder Wunsch ist erfüllt, bevor man ihn noch ausgesprochen hat! Das reichhaltige und vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet sucht seinesgleichen, leider kann man gar nicht soviel essen, wie man aufgrund der Auswahl möchte! Und das alles mitten in einer traumhaften Bergkulisse - klingt ziemlich kitschig, ist aber so! Gerne wieder, aber auch andere haben erkannt, wie schön es hier ist und deshalb ist es gar nicht so einfach ein freies Zimmer zu ergattern!!

Absolutes Lieblings Hotel. Einmal Gradonna, immer Gradonna ♥️ Direkt am Nationalpark gelegen und eingebettet in die Berge, verzaubert dieses Hotel sofort! Die enthaltene Verwöhnpension macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Leider verlassen wir das Hotel jedes Mal wieder mit ein paar Kilo mehr auf der Hüfte. 😜

Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays

I am in Gradona second time, and I must say that even we had some complication to get information in the begining, thanks to personal initiative, director Brigitte Berger we got it resolved and it come with great service and amazing time spent here. Service is really superior. Looking forward to come third time.

In een één woord MAGISCH. Gradonna Mountain resort biedt echt alles aan. Het start met een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt met een aanbod voor iedere eter (vegan, gluten en lactosevrij). Tijdens de middag (14-16u) is er een lekkere snack (warm gerecht, soep, salade, brood, desserts). Het diner is eveneens super, heel uitgebreid en veel afwisseling. De kok past alles aan naar specifieke voedselallergieën. Onze persoonlijke kelner, Martin, deed er alles aan om ons een onvergetelijk verblijf te geven. De hotelkamers waren zeer mooi, proper en hadden een geweldig uitzicht. Alle voorzieningen waren voorhanden (badjassen, slippers, zwemtas, rugzak, verzorgingsproducten). Het zwembad en ligbedden waren erg aangenaam met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het voltallige personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit het hotel kan je zeer veel wandelingen te voet bereiken. Het hotel heeft een handige overzichtsbrochure van alle wandelingen in de omgeving. Je krijgt ook een gratis busticket en skilift ticket. De skilift in Kals ligt op wandelafstand. In de sportwinkel van het hotel kan je ook fietsen huren. Gradonna Mountain Resort is een absolute aanrader! Wij gaan zeker terug!
