いつも丁寧な接客とキレイな部屋を提供頂きありがとうございます。朝食時、少し食事こぼしてしまったのですが、ホテル方がすぐに気づいてくださり気持ちよく食事続ける事が出来ました。本当に気持ちの良いご対応ありがとうございました。

駐車場が少なく場所も分かりづらい。
公共の駐車場を使用した場合も宿泊に料金込にして欲しい。
近くの飲食店がほとんど営業していなかったので、ホテルの中に飲食店があると良い。

駅に近いだけで部屋やあまり大きくなく無難な滞在でした。朝食時はとても混んでいる予想していたので早めに並んで良かったです。後ろを振り返ったら長蛇の列。ご飯美味しかったです。夕食は市内の方に行って済ませました。駅周辺は特に何もないので、次回は市内の方に泊まる可能性大。

釜石駅の近くに直ぐあります。約１分徒歩です。感染防止対策として、手の消毒と体温のチェックがあります。チェックインとチェックアウトもスムーズで、よかったです。近くにコンビニエンスストアがあり、日常的な買物に便利です。 釜石観光総合案内所が直ぐ隣にあり、観光客または海外ビジターには便利です。
