This ryokan always takes care of us at year-end parties. This time, my friend is going to be transferred to a distant place, so I visited her to have a farewell party. The room is a corner deluxe on the second floor. I requested a Western-style room, but I never expected to have such a room. Flooring that feels like it was carved by a craftsman in the total cypress guest room bath. It is luxurious with a TV on the wall of the living room and a coffee machine. I don't write about the meal in detail because I have it at the banquet every year (I like the meal, so I use it at the banquet...), but this time the matsutake mushrooms were steamed in an earthenware pot, which was still early in the season. I usually have dinner in a private room, but this time I am grateful that you prepared a spacious hall for a small number of people. It takes more than ten or twenty minutes to take the hotel shuttle bus from JR Kameoka Station, so you need to make an appointment with the hotel in advance. The Japanese-style room is very comfortable, and breakfast and dinner are also great! There are hot springs. The open-air bath is close to trees, so there were insects sometimes, but there was a net so I didn't worry about it. I've been here twice, and both times I was able to enjoy it by myself. There were several types of shampoo and body soap, and I was happy to be able to choose from them. ◆Meals will be brought to your private room by a staff member. Since it was a private room, I was able to eat in a relaxed manner without worrying about my surroundings. The food they brought me was so beautiful that my eyes widened every time, and I was so moved. Of course the taste is delicious. The dashi soup is the best! I was happy that the head chef came over halfway through the meal and I was able to talk to him directly. I almost didn't meet any other customers.
