Nothing Victorian about this place Apple pie had no Apple in it and overpriced in size and quality !! The English tea was good but only half cup given No cutlery, wipe out napkins or water given unless asked. Run down place with few British memorabilia signage. Definitely not recommended the drive!

The staff were incredibly hospitable. Being experts on Britain, I was able to hear many interesting stories and learn a lot. The accommodation area is exclusively for guests, making it quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying overnight. Lunch alone might not provide the same level of satisfaction. The hotel itself felt like a house straight out of Godswolds. In the evenings, the pub opens, offering a fun adult experience, and breakfast features authentic British cuisine. Apparently, some people even hold their weddings in the charming little church. The bathrooms and bedrooms were breathtakingly beautiful. The antiques in the rooms were genuine, and it was simply amazing!
